Laura, I use topcashback if you join through my link, when you buy through them for the first time I get a bonus I use them for everything, and last year made £££'s on the back of purchases and pet insurance/sky subscriptions/mobile contracts.

Frontpaw · 20/10/2012 13:30

I love a bargain! The Book People usually do decent sets and special offers.

oreocrumbs · 20/10/2012 13:32

insertsomethingwitty I have emailed quidco to tell them that the delivery is being charged. They are advertising it as free delivery and cash back on their site, so they should do something about it!

I'll post when they get back to me. £5.50 for the cheapest delivery Shock are they 'avin a larff.

Doshusallie · 20/10/2012 13:33

For whoever is having ishoos with checkout on the personalised face cloths site you need to change it to the desktop version. It keeps your basket.

youarewinning · 20/10/2012 13:35

Thanks for this thread. I missed 1-3! but read this OP morning. I have already reserved a dressing gown for DS at £8.99 and am looking at the facecloths etc. I'm thinking a bulk buy for lots of children will make delivery cheaper too.

Is it bad I've started a word document with links to websites and codes etc. Blush

youarewinning · 20/10/2012 13:35

Oh and I store wrapped pressies inside empty suitcases!

oreocrumbs · 20/10/2012 13:40

I have an empty apart from pile of crap waiting to go in the loft bedroom that I store all of the wrapped presents in.

I build things like the dolls house and scooters etc now, and will just put a ribbon around it for christmas day. That way I find out early if there is a missing part/fault. Everthing else gets wrapped in paper now ish, and put in piles. I will add ribbons and tags nearer the time.

This will probably be the last year I can do it this way though as DD will be 3.5 next christams and I doubt I can keep that bedroom off limits!

My MIL stores wrapped presents in the loft and the come to us a bit foistey Confused. I don't recomend that!

milkymocha · 20/10/2012 13:43

Marking place, keep the bargains coming Smile

MistressIggi · 20/10/2012 13:46

Twistandshout is there any way to see what restaurants are involved in the Smartbox offer? It says UK but I'm thinking might be slim pickings here in Scotland!

oreocrumbs · 20/10/2012 13:49

BlameItOnTheCuervForHumanBlood · 20/10/2012 13:54

Bloody ds, 7, was caught by me trying to crawl under our bed, where some goodies are hidden. Little bugger.

Are we a quiche? The skinflints?

BlameItOnTheCuervForHumanBlood · 20/10/2012 13:58

Oh, and could you keep a look out for a large air hockey table please?

Thanks to reastie and her amazing list at start of thread.

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 20/10/2012 15:01

Cherry I ordered

Orange it obvious : V bright orange, neon but not quite...I love it!

Tour De Finanace : Pink (Not purple as pic would suggest) with a bluey shimmer to it, absolutely lovely

Muchi Muchi : Absolutely nothing like the picture! a very very pale milky pink...v nice though

I also bought To buy or not to buy but I don't think tats on there anymore

I reccommend googling the colours
