New thread as this one is nearing the end ,, also going to post a separate thread for people either waiting for MR’s or starting the process of one (mandatory recommendation)

Spoke to Steven still in holding pile not due to go dm till next week and should here by April what the point in them telling us all different things !! Oh well my wait continues x

@Lolly966 pretty much morning and then at 4, I kept saying to myself I wouldn’t then I found I was back on the phone 😂🙈
They can see you’ve rung because one said before it’s the same as this morning 😂
but it is what it is lol doesn’t say there is a limit on how many times we call xx

I’ve just updated UC and even wrote in the journal of why it was late being declared before they come back with why was it late like they do with most 😂🙈

Does anyone know how long it takes for a national insurance number to be allocated?
I was told 3 weeks ago that’s what they were waiting on and told the same again this morning, I’m now currently week 19 and being told because my claim is clerical it takes longer?!
I get told something different each time I call 🤦🏼‍♀️

@Destiny35 ohhh I feel abit better calling now😂 cause I’ve only called every other day in the morning😂 that’s very true! It doesn’t say how many times you can call them! Mines been with a dm since Friday apparently so I’m a bag of nerves just want to know now but I’m so happy you got awarded! xx

@Lolly966 my sons went a week last Wednesday to DM (even tho told previously was with one then told not) and my son was awarded Tuesday but today I’m being told 😂🙈 but it shouldn’t be much longer now 🤞 hope you’ll have some good news now xx

@Destiny35 i think they just tell you anything on the phone don’t they! It’s a good thing you called today☺️ did you call yesterday? If so it’s strange how they couldn’t tell you then! But thank you so much I’ll let you know what they say! I’m really hoping it’s good news xx

i had a call handler who was clearly new and that’s not the bad bit… he could barely speak English 🙈 he struggled trying to get me through security and kept asking me to slow down.
i think my son is still in holding but on a DM desk. And daughters is being looked at by DM but no decision. Although I can’t be truly sure I understood properly 😅🙈

I will try again in the morning tomorrow 🤣

@kristie198 do it😂 I’m on hold now😂 yeah I’m hoping it’s not the same guy from yesterday aswell! Oh well the waiting is so long so they can’t really be surprised we’re chasing it up x

@Destiny35 strange isn’t it😂 well I’m glad the wait is over for you!☺️That’s good to know cause I’ve only had 1 text at 14 weeks and 2 letters, I’m 16w 3days atm, the times I have rang this week they’ve never gave me an option of having the decision by text x

I've just called to see where my claim is at scan date 6/12 mines supposed to be looked at my DM any time. I was calling to see if my evidence has been received it hasn't yet and I'm hoping they receive it before making a decision. A lot of people have been getting awful call handlers but I just had a guy and he was lovely x

Just off the phone 17 weeks today scan date 16/11. I've been told it's taking 18 - 20 weeks for a decision 🤷 it's with DM, so I don't know anymore was told the start of the week it's taking 16 - 18 weeks. Give up with it all 😭

Been following this page for a while now. So my scan date is 17 Oct. Rang for an update this morning to be told a decision has been made so I'm waiting for his reply.. then he says oh that's strange it don't say anything? I'm like OK what dies this mean? He says we'll a decision has been made but it don't say whether it was awarded or declined and the dm has closed the case so I'm none the wiser! Anyone else been through this?
