I have a pending payment going in tomorrow of 2325.70 can anyone tell me the rate please.

I did exactly the same thinkin ill get straight in there with the backdating issue and they replied with this:

’Hi Danielle,

We are currently awaiting your children being verified on your claim from the changes you have reported.

Once they have been verified you can then ask us to request the backdating of the disabled child premium and we can then send this for a decision for you.

Is the national insurance number they use on the letter they send you as the reference number ?

@Stookey I think I’m going to call tomorrow and then if nothing again next week. The wait is killing me and the radio silence and lies being told by the call handlers is driving me crazy

No neither can I lol. I just don't get why the decisions been made but there's nothing on their screens and the claim has been shut down. So still none the wiser! He's mailed the dm to call me with decision so the wait goes on!

Had Natalie on the phone she said no decision yet, asked how my post is around my area I said rubbish so she said she’ll put a note on for a text message to be sent and said that once I get a text I’ve got to call back up and go through security questions again and something about a letter so I’m not sure if this is a good thing or bad?😩loosing hope now😩

Called for forms 23/10, scan date 21/11.

I called last Thursday and told it was with a DM. Called this morning and apparently still with a DM, he said no way of knowing when it will be done but should be very soon and to keep checking my letter box for a letter in the next couple of weeks.

interestingly he said that not all DMs send a text! He said some do send a text and some don’t. Which explains why it seems a bit hit and miss whether people get them or not.

Just tired of waiting now tbh.

Really confused about the talks of National Insurance Numbers? Is this for children turning 16? My son is only 3 surely he doesn’t have one?

Everyone has one it's just that we don't get it till 16 as we don't need it x
