New thread as this one is nearing the end ,, also going to post a separate thread for people either waiting for MR’s or starting the process of one (mandatory recommendation)

Been lurking here for an idea of times but thought it’d be helpful to post. I woke up to a payment today, not sure of rates yet. I only rang once around a month ago just to make sure they even had my forms because I’d had no letter or text at all. They had and she wasn’t sure why, but was told I was looking at the middle of March to be given to a DM. I then got a letter confirming my scan date shortly after that call and a text 2 weeks ago saying they were still looking at it so I thought I still had a couple weeks left and was so worried she’d be denied!

It couldn’t have come at a better time as I’ve recently had to leave my job and go on UC. Any idea what I need to do regarding that now?

How long did it take for everyone's extra evidence to be scanned I sent mine off around a week ago and it's not been scanned yet xx

I sent mine recorded delivery and it went on the next day.

I am at 16 weeks today. Called exactly one week ago and wasn’t even with a DM.

Debating if it’s worth the time sitting on hold to ask for an update or not.

Did anyone get told anything helpful when they called around 16 weeks?

yes I got mine today hun Thankyou and yeah I hope it isn’t either my UC statement came in today and it hasn’t got the extra amount on either this month xx

@Emma2345 it might be because you didn't change your circumstances within your assessment period maybe? X

Mine was fairly quick only about a week I think

I was thinking about the text that a lot of us 6/7/8 December dates got. I wonder if they just send it out as it’s coming to 15 weeks to stop us all from ringing as that was the time it said on the letter!

long time lurker , Scan date was 22/11.
received 2 letters and 1 text saying we are looking at your claim . I got a further text that said to get in contact which I did .
The lady on the phone was unsure so put me on hold wanted to know why my form was late ? I sent it before the deadline. Asked me to post the proof I had .
Has this happened to anybody else ?

Anybody know on average how long it takes once with a DM please? Mines been with them for two weeks. I sent a ridiculous amount of evidence.

Was your scan date before your 6 weeks were up? If so, surely thats proof

I really want to 😩 but I don’t want to hear it’s in the holding pile again for the 4th time. I’m going to try wait it out till Thursday. But I may lose patience and call today 😬. I will let you know x

Deadline was 13th November on the form .
I sent it 10th November . It was a first application , don’t really know much how the dates work I thought it was still on time. I have proof of postage that I posted on the 10th of November .

No I rang yesterday and it wasn’t being looked at were the call handlers words and he said 16-20 weeks. Last time I think they said 15-20 weeks… I’m pretty sure they move it forward a week every time I call!!!

Do you think they know how many times we ring ?! I’ve run like 3 times in 2 weeks lol
