No way!! I sent mine on 7th march it’s not on system yet dm requested some evidence scan date 3/11 ( 20 week this Friday x

Hi everyone ,
I have just rang for an update and have been told my little one has been awarded HRC until 2025 , scan date 23/11 is the payment backdated to the scan date or until the date I rang and asked for the forms 31/10/2023? I am awaiting a payment of £2045 however I’m unsure if this adds up to the dates?x

I work that out to be 20 weeks (31/10) plus £10 for Christmas

I have called daily since last Monday and finally given the decision of being rewarded just now, didn’t receive any text to say it had been awarded. All the best to the other October and November scan dates still waiting, sure it won’t be long now.

@Shaf89 & @Margot82x has UC got back to any of use yet by any chance 😂 they said it’s gone to the verification team but their is no time scale on how long it will take for it it be verified xx

@Emma2345 @Shaf89 I had exact same message this afternoon to say it needs to be verified and then they will put my request to back pay for consideration xxx

I’ve had the same!! Been waiting a week for it to be verified now it has to go to a decision maker!! It’s ridiculous

Thankyou for getting back to me hun & Oh I’m so glad it’s not just me I stared to get worried wondering if I heard right on the phone to dla😂😂🤣😩 i literally waited a day with my 1st last year when I was awarded it was verified and then the back payment was in my account 2 days later looks like we’re still gonna be on this roller coaster and thread waiting on UC this time 🤣😩😩😩 xx

Caved and rang at 15 weeks today 🌚 and was told it will be 16-18 weeks so latest 8th April which is my birthday so we will see! Last week they told me would be next week which would be 16 so I’m just going to wait now! Congrats to everyone who got awarded today and sympathies with those who’ve waited this long and have to now do a mandatory reconsideration ❤️ so bloody draining! But don’t give up! It took me 2 years to get high care and mobility for my daughter and now going through it with my son ❤️ scan date 4/12 xx

still waiting - scan date 21/11. Been with a decision maker for nearly 2 weeks, can’t call though till Thurs because of work. Any other dates close to me?

It’s madness although I do know under special circumstances they can look at claims much quicker.
Just seems it’s getting longer and longer for anyone applying - it’s jumped from 15weeks to at least 20 for a lot of people!

🙄 I don’t understand how they function! They’re so slow to process anything

Letter said 15 weeks which is this week
Got a text this morning saying it's still being looked at and not to contact them.

I'm going to call on Friday and see if I can get info. I held off making a claim until I had loads of evidence. If I'd known it was just going to sit in a pile for 3 months, I'd have applied earlier and sent the evidence in later!

Between this, the EHCNA process and CAMHS, I seem to spend my life chasing people to stick to their deadlines.

@Emma2345 @Margot82x my DLA backpay for my son has hit the account this afternoon. Wasn’t there in the morning. They said he was approved Thursday. Maybe my daughters will be tomorrow then as hers was Friday.

Strange just recieved my payment but it doesn't match the rates my boy was given he was awarded LRM and MRC but I'm like 350 short so I can't work it out

What’s the total amount that’s come through? And what’s the scan date /or day you called for forms?

I got paid £1167.70 I called for form In Sept was late returning so they said it would be backdated to when they recieved them which was 20/11 I worked it out at 16 weeks which should have been about 1500 I cant work out the difference unless I'm being stupid 🤣🤣
