Hi guys I've just realised I didn't tick the IDP when I sent the forms off I've just sent off the plan now will they realise that I do have one or should I call just in case to let DLA know he does have one? X

@Misste hahaha it’s hard isn’t it trying to keep it out of your mind and not think about it everyday 😂 it’s been on my mind loads since I called last thurs n found out it was with a dm! I must have a slow one cos there was no decision when I called this morning xx

Scan Date 30/11 . Awarded last Wednesday . Just today received the DLA letter so will be taking that to jobcentre next Friday so it can be verified and backpay sorted for my UC.

Hi all first time posting.

Scan date 1/12/23 - didn't call for forms as printed at home.

Son aged 7 diagnosed with ASD since May 2023.

Called Monday to say my son has been accepted for speech and language therapy and the lady told me we have already been awarded earlier that day MRC & LRM. Didn't get a text.

So 14 weeks & 3 days in all.

No night time care needs and just sent ASD diagnosis and got school senco to fill out person that knows him.

That's a lonnnng week... surely it'll be done by today or tomorrow... I'm just hoping I get the payment in my bank before I even try to call again lol. It makes me so anxious 🤣 xx

I’m wondering if just cos it’s with a DM doesn’t mean it’s being looked at? Maybe they all get allocated to DM at a certain point of waiting then it gets put in another pile till they look at yours because people still being told they’ll get a decision in April even tho it’s already with a DM x?

Heyyy ahh we can wait in peril together 🤡🥰😆 bless her heart! They never award high mobility straight away unless in very rare circumstances! It’s. Fight which everything seems to be with a Sen child it’s so sad isn’t at times ❤️ I’ve just replied to someone on the previous thread about what they look for for high mobility as my friend is a DM for DLA.

? They told me 2 weeks too it’s with one and a decision! They honestly just make it up as they go along 😆xx

Bless you I’ve just replied to someone on the previous thread (page 37 I think 😅) about what they look for to award high mobility as my friend is a DM for DLA if that helps at all as your child who needs it can be so overlooked just by not wording it correctly it’s crazy xx

Same lol I spoke to a lovely women today who said there waiting on my daughters national insurance number were ever they get it from x

@Emma2345 @Margot82x i guess they stuck to their 16 weeks to go to DM with us then! As we are 16 weeks today and all with DM… except my son lol.
i think I might call back tomorrow morning 🙈

@kristie198 Have no idea where they get the national insurance number from but it does sound promising though! I spoke to a lovely guy who said mine was allocated to a dm Friday even tho when I called Thurs they said it was a dm but he said it shouldn’t be much longer for a decision x
