Anyone no how long they taking to answer today Iv been on hold for 1 hour and need to get the kiddies from school in 15 minutes

I’m currently 1hr 15 mins in on hold, just rehearsing my made up excuses for phoning while I wait 😂

19 weeks 🫠 been calling every week since week 15!

How long after it’s awarded does it usually take to hit the bank?

I’m on 1 hr 13 and me too haha my excuse is I need the address to send extra info even though I no it 🤣 I just want to no if there’s any change really mines 15/12 so I doubt it but some have been done for December and January so worth a check

I am too I feel like they are declining so many people that generally should of been awardered or giving people lower than they should hopefully we get a good decision maker and not a miserable lazy one

Yeh I wonder did you find out how long it takes for them to receive the national insurance number I've tried Google but can't find anything x

I phoned this morning about extra info I wanted to add although it wasn’t significant so I couldn’t use that excuse again 😂 told them the phone line wasn’t clear this morning so just wanted to check it was actually with dm, he told me decision will be made today or tomorrow morning, so extra nervous now 😮‍💨

My daughter never got allocated a national insurance number as she doesn't recieve child benefit that's why there getting one allocated

Mines not with a decision maker she said it’s taking 18 weeks to go to a decision maker so end of April they are currently working on beginning of November they honestly don’t no what they are talking about and best of luck x
