@Stookey of course. After seeing people ringing more than once a day everyday I may ring again now. Nothing to lose

@rjnicola my scan date is 20/11

I have no idea but my scan ref starts with CL-
I presume it’s the type of claim as my little one had both a cancer diagnosis that also caused a spinal compression, the gent today just said that these claims are longer?! x

Mine starts with Cl as well x

Mine is 30/10 🫠 apart from me calling I’ve had nothing from them since they wrote telling me the scan date!

@KerBear12 really?! That’s terrible tbh. I’ve had 2 letters and 1 text so far but I think I’m the last one with my scan date to hear now😩 been with a dm since Friday and still no decision when I called this morning

Apparently at top of the pile waiting to be passed to DM, should hear within next 3 weeks & apparently I'll get a text with decision. She was really lovely, which I'm so glad about haha x

awarded high rate care, last Friday was told I was in holding pile til end of April so don’t give up hope xx

If they said it takes 18 weeks on the letter then I really wouldn't bother ringing but it's the fact it says "up to 15weeks" that makes me feel a bit irritated 😒 🤣 hopefully I'll here by Monday 25th n then that'll make me bang on 17 weeks but I'm probably just wishful thinking here haha x

Exactly it’s outdated and needs to be changed tbf cause most people will ring from 15 weeks onwards🤣I’m 17 weeks on Monday I think I’ve got a slow DM well that’s what I’m hoping😂 but hopefully yours will get done quicker! I’ve seen people get awarded the same day they go to a dm so you never know you could be in a quick pile haha I’m not calling till Monday now cause I’m loosing hope keep ringing every day/every other day and not getting an answer x

You might hear this weekend if they do overtime 🤞 really hope you get the outcome you want!! So deflating xx

My claim starts with WG so it maybe to do with child’s age as well as location etc
