I have had 2 letters updated to my journal to say that they have agreed to back date my claim. No idea when I see the funds etc or how much? Would either of you know? x

Scan date the 30/10, 2 letters and a text last Monday, getting a bit nervous now!

Hi guys do you think scp refferal will also be good enough evidence this was supposed to of been sent months ago I only knew it hadn’t been done when reaching out to social communication pathway this week to find out they never received a referral after back and forth between Hv and skwl I asked them to send forward the referral to me as HV was under impression skwl had sent it and skwl had emailed it to HV to send off all annoying if I’m honest as this was suppsoed to of been done in December I recieved email today and sent it off to SCP and they’ve replied to say it’s been recieved and will need to be triaged excetra do you think I should send all the referral proof as well as email acknowledgement of referral we do not yet have acceptance as obviously this was only done today and then it has to be reviewed and triaged to see how urgent and weather he will be accepted on to the SCP pathway for autism diagnosis? The have put he is violent towards staff and children and can not control the urge to throw toys and hit other children so all really good evidence to go with my claim as I’ve put how violent he is at home too in the dla form excetra Thanks in advance x

I rang today and apparently they have sent my case manager or whatever they are called a note to say they need to respond to me noone will reply and I dont know why

Guys I'm in shock!!!! Awarded HRC LRM today I nearly fainted when the lady told me and she was lovely aswell went through all the info.

I religiously followed the Cerebra guide and also wrote quite a lot (six pages typed, nearly 3000 words!), detailing the care we provide (backed up by the paediatrician and OT reports - though obviously some of that is based on what I'd said to them).

Just conscious that obviously she's at school for a large part of the day, so wonder if they will check with them. Though I did put on the form that she masks.

Yes I called, my son got HRC but no mobility. The relief is a great feeling

@RainsbowandBunnies do they backpay on a certain day did they say? Is it just Tuesdays & Wednesdays or is it any day? I can’t bare calling them so I’m going to start checking bank god help me.. I’m gearing myself up for a decline considering I really didn’t send a lot in :( xx

Had two letters and one text 29/01. I believe scan date around 27/10..Nothing yet. Would they have rang by now if they needed more evidence?

Medication update
School update
Ehcp update
Maybe some other stuff it's been that long just keep sending them info or updating over the phone shows needs are constantly changing and hard to manage xx

The cerebra guide is great. If you’ve followed that I reckon you have a great chance. My daughter masks at school too so I remember feeling the same. I bet you’ve done the form really well and will get awarded. Hopefully not too long to wait now x

I finally got somewhere with uc, had a note on my journal today to say the backpack for carers element will be in my bank on Friday and tobys dla has been verified and is with a decision maker for the back pay. Hope I'm not waiting too long for that to be sorted as the wait for dla itself was crippling. Good luck to every1 still waiting 😊

I was sent them in October as my claim was due to end in March. Sent off in November :)

@mummyof3girlsx sorry I just saw this they didn't say just said they had awarded til 20th Feb and next payment was March 19th and if I didn't get payment in the next week to contact them

I had to complain online because I was being told so many things about backpay. Finely had head person call today and he sorted it while on the phone was waiting since 18th Jan verified on 31stv
