19/10. I just spoke to someone really nice on the phone. They haven’t yet scanned any evidence I’ve sent, but to be fair it was only sent a week ago. He said not to worry, as it’s not with the decision maker yet. I’ll phone back after my son has his next paediatrician app.

I'm the 25/10. I've had no texts and no letters! Currently week 16 now. The waiting is so stressful!

Hi all, I read on here that if send more evidence after forms are sent in and your awarded it's back dates to when the new evidence was sent in?! I've sent a new claim which was scanned on 16th September (I downloaded forms) but sent new evidence in January. I dont want to hold up phone lines. I've also got a coc going through end of Nov (scanned 28th sept) has anyone heard anything regarding coc forms at all?

Scan date 19/10 CoC, was told on Thursday it was with DM. Not sure I believe that though, they do chat crap!😂 x

My text was 29th and scan date 18/10 so in theory about a week behind you, which would suggest this week. Do you know when the decision was made?

only received 1 tx at 15 weeks no letters rang back in November just to check they had received my form confirmed yes and give me my scan date. Hoping it’s not to much longer

@ForMauveEagle not sure but I rang Friday at 4pm and the lady said I will defo hear at the weekend then I got the txt sat morning at 8.18 am x

Hi everyone just got off the phone and the lovely lady I spoke with was really helpful, she told me we are in the holding pile waiting to go to a decision maker. Does anyone know approximately how long it takes to go from holding pile/decision maker for a decision?

Yes found out today thanks ours was 13/10 someone else that date found out too

I found out today our child was awarded our scan date was 13/10 you should just be behind us hang in there you will find out soon I’d ring up next week if you don’t hear anything I rang up last week on 7 feb was told no update

Thank you, that gives me hope. The process of waiting months for a decision is awful. I'm on this thread all the time. Your all keeping me sane. Congratulations to you! Hopefully ours won't be too long now. Really think DLA needs to process everything online like a portal we can log into, would make the wait easier

Hi all I was awarded 2 Saturdays ago … I still haven’t had my award letter or the letter I requested to do a MR on rates. How long have other peoples took ? Think I will call tomorrow and ask where they are x
