From getting the text is there a rough time estimate on how long it could take from there?.. I’ve had 2 letters & a text this morning (we’re still looking at your claim) just wondered if anyone had a decision long after their text? X

@mummyof3girlsx i got a text on 29/01 which put me at just before 15 weeks. I rang on Thursday to confirm they had received extra evidence I sent and they said it was in a holding queue to go to DM. I'm seeing a lot of awards from 10-13th Oct. My scan date is 19/10 so hoping to hear something next week

Anyone still waiting from September ? Tried to call today but was so busy at work I had to give up. 20 weeks for us on Wednesday….

I’m 2/11 so way off from you. I’ve seen loads of awards for October today though so I would defo call tomorrow x

@Journeytosober id give them a ring tomorrow I’m 15/11 and I rang today and the lady said I’d have my decision the last week in feb but sometimes you can never believe what they say if I was to ring next week someone would probably say March 😂 the lady was lovely who I spoke to tho

My scan date the 14/11 and they said around end February start of march fingers crossed for us it's been a long wait

Also just seen on previous thread someone with the scan date 13/11 has been awarded 😊 x

@Holllymum me either I’ve only had 2 letters but as I stated above I’ve seen a lady on a previous thread been awarded and her date was the 13/11 so fingers crossed x

Oooh, so they are working through September dates then because they count from the day you ring in, not your scan date unless you printed the forms yourself, then the scan date counts as the initial date X

she rang in October, so hence why she has been paid as they are working through it in date order. Nov/Dec have another month/two months left until awards are to be sent out. X

@mkaislam i have no idea how it works or about dates or anything my scan date is the 15/11 I rang in October for forms and when I rang today the lady put me on hold to go speak to someone higher up than her, she came back and said I’d have my decision by the last week in feb. X

They go by the date the form was recieved and that’s the date order.
however I posted off two forms together and both have different ‘scan dates’. One for date it was recieved and one was the date I called for forms.

Ive since spoken to them and they have said that it was written in error so it would go by date received however I’ve received 15 week text on 22nd Jan etc…. But havnt for the other one which is only at 12/13 weeks…

So maybe some get scanned in onto the wrong date and put onto date they was called for rather than the date received

I was going ask you if you have heard anything from them @Amycroft what a joke! I haven’t heard either! Have you had your award letter yet?

Still no reply off UC for me either, well they just keep responding saying it's with a DM and to wait it out and no time scales..i rang yesterday and the guy said it usually takes a week when with a DM. Mine got sent on 8th, even though I logged it all on 1st 😬, so guna ring back Thursday after the week.

@debs@Sammyjane26x im the 10/11 i rang Thursday and they said they are working at about 18 weeks at the moment which would be the 15ish of march for me . Im hoping what they have said to you guys is right tho as then it might be earlier for me haha 😄 the info they tell people is all so different 😅 x
I will try Thursday ish as my extra evidence that i sent on the 23/01 still hadnt been scanned on on Thursday 🙈x

Morning all.
I've been a lurker here since sending off forms for 2 of my children.
I've received a payment this morning which works out to hrc x 18 weeks - scan date 9/10.
Now the anxious wait for my sons which is a few weeks behind - scan date 3/11.
The wait is awful!

I was just on yesterday afternoon and really fed up. Woken up to pending payment of £1841.50!! Thinking this is -£10 Christmas works out as high rate for 18wks?
I am over the moon and in total shock as I was in complete denial. Thank you everyone here for keeping me going.
