Managed to get through, my daughter was awarded on the 8th Feb, high rate care and low rate mobility. Over the moon. Fingers crossed to everyone waiting that they will hear soon x

As I've recently been through this process with my youngest child - biggest advice is don't bother calling until the 17th/18th week (unless you are checking if additional evidence has been received). Honestly, don't do it to yourself!!! Anyone who gets awarded before the 17th week are unicorns.

I'm week 15 and won't bother to call for another 2 more weeks

Tell me about it. All I'm being told is no timescale for a descion and it cannot be escalated. Feels like waiting for dla descision all over again .

How do UC verify the DLA amount when you do the change on the UC account? I just keep getting told that it needs to be verified before they can amend previous statements? TIA
