@RainsbowandBunnies totally agree sen kids are left waiting for everything it’s so draining. DLA just adding more stress with it all.

Scan date 10/10 was getting so anxious really thought we'd have a decline as know epilepsy is a difficult one, lovely lady on the phone decision made 8/02 been awarded HRC LRM until 2029. The wave of relief is incredible!

That's my scan date too. I rang this morning and he said could be anywhere from a week to 3 weeks 🙄 not very helpful eh 🤦🏻‍♀️ xx

UC question... I know how to update to advise of the DLA decision and I've put a note on to say what the award is and when from and to include the carers element when revising payments and backpay... Is this all I need to do? TIA

@Jonesy0102 yes I said im ringing as last week when I rang the lady couldn't give me much information she said nothing in front of her she quickly said its with dm then said hold on just for a 2nd and said the award was in and told me hrc lrm backdated to 4th September and payment was due today or tomrrow I did as k when decision was made and she said it wasn't on there only the information she was giving me told me my payments going forward and backpay amount. X

I think I might give it till Friday and then ring them if I haven’t heard anything before hand. They need an online system it would be so much easier so people can check on the progress of the claim xx

Hey Iam 3/11 had my txt this morning xx

Scan date 14/11 no texts 2 letters just called said claims are taking no more than 17 weeks and once with a dm they have upto 2 weeks to make a decision, so in looking at around the 12th of March for a decision that will be 20 weeks from calling for form and scanning in to system, good luck everyone hope all you children get what is so needed

Hopefully we are next!! Xx

Yeah that’s it, looks like everyone at beginning of November got that text this morning. Fingers crossed for everyone x

scan date is 26/10 find myself checking on here regularly and a fb page for updates lol - I had a text last Monday to say they still looking and not to call them. Anyone else around my scan date?

I'm 10/10. Currently on hold now for an update. Congratulations to everyone that was awarded today and over the weekend.

@KikiASDMom how did you get on? I spoke to someone and they've put my claim on hold as I need to send them evidence as I didn't have any at the time, I've just told her what evidence I do have currently and she said that'd be enough to send so once I get the letter I'll send what I've got in x
