How long have you been on hold? I'm on 53 mins and I really need the toilet now lol. I have a feeling it's going to shut before I get through.

Do they just tell you to go away at 5pm? I'm thinking I should hang up.

Our scan date was 11/10. 1 hour 7 minutes and counting...

I agree, the whole process is exhausting. Everything is a fight to get our kids anything. Feels like it’s never ending!

Sadly not. I've been on hold an hour and 13 minutes, I'm going to give up soon I think. I'd rather be the one to hang up than them tell me "sorry we're closed" when I finally get through. I'll try again Monday morning though.

I called to update my details this aft and was 1hr 3 mins if that helps x

scan date 12/10 . I called today a lady said its being looked at at the weekend and call back Tuesday if i dont hear anything. they say so many different things but hopefully that's true x

@Natbat87 I think one has on a previous thread, but they are well in to October dates! I do think maybe next couple of weeks, I’ve got scan date 22/11. Need to ring Monday to update on appointment outcomes again and new medications.. feels like they get it quicker if I send evidence first class before they pick up the phones 😂 xx

Morning, my scan date was 11/10 and although I’ve not received a letter I have a Monzo notification of money going in on Tuesday!! 🥳🥳 Not sure what I’ve actually been awarded but it roughly works out as 23 weeks of MRC and LRM ☺️

Is our payment date then automatically every 4 weeks from the date the back pay goes in?
