Thread following on from part 27

Mine is the 06/10 and I spoke to someone that wasn't great on the phone she was pretty rude actually was only trying to find out whether they've received my extra evidence, but she did say it could take up to the end of February to find out whether my child is being awarded or not.

Was trying my hardest to hold off but the amount of people who haven't been told they have been awarded until they have phoned, going to ring tomorrow, thanks fingers crossed for you too

Scan date 27/09. Apparently with DM for two weeks now…update on Monday was that we are likely to be awarded.

I wasn't going to ring again until Friday but I'm deffo ringing them tomorrow now after seeing so many people with scan dates the same as ours get their awards. I'll keep you updated tomorrow.

Honestly some of them sound so rude! I think I’ll ring early next week x

How many weeks in where your we are still looking at your dla claim when was your scan date ?

Did you qualify for COL payments before this claim? I wonder if an award has triggered the message x

My husband received that text this afternoon too so it might not be the wrong text sent as the dla claim is attached to my number

Ah so you got a text 10 weeks in and 15 weeks in I only got the 15 weeks In one

Hi we was awarded today! Rang to request forms 5th October, scan date 25th Oct! Two letters, no texts but then received text today to say my child has been awarded, unsure of rates will ring tomorrow. Can someone please help regarding UC? Me and partner both work so not able to claim carers allowance. But unsure what I do with universal? Any help gratefully appreciated. Thanks Nd goodluck to u all, u have helped me so much! I've been a long term lurker. X

Does anyone know if you can request for supporting evidence to be returned as I stupidly sent in all the originals and there was a lot of it 😩

Thankyou. Does anyone have any step by step on what I click on etc? I no it's been on alot of previous posts however now I need it I can't find it 🙄. My daughter is 14 and has severe mental health problems and attempts almost weekly. so I am unsure if that's why we have been dealt with abit sooner, it's hard but it's been so nice to not feel alone when dealing with the daily struggles. I've been watching for so long! Hopefully they get through dates much faster now. X

That's amazing! Same date as me, I called 13th September though and my scan date was the 25th and my deadline date haha! So glad you've been awarded xx

Thanks! The wait is absolutely shocking and I feel so much for the people who have been waiting even longer than myself. I havnt ever used mums net before but found this when I first applied and I've been following ever since! It's been great to help with the wait. I called yesterday for an update, and that was the first time I'd rang. And then text today to award. I hope you get your decision soon 🤞xx

Sent mine off before Xmas and no confirmation it has been received. I know it arrived due to confirmation of delivery 18/12. Is this normal? Can’t get through on the phone.
