I’m still waiting keep checking my bank first thing! I’m tempted to ring as got a couple hours free

I caved in and rang... Unfortunately got a very grumpy lady who didn't really want to say anymore than that they have received it, but when I asked she said it's with someone now who will make the decision and that I'll get a letter with the details once the decision is made... So basically she was mad I'd rang I think and doesn't want me to ring again 😒

Hi was declined last year, done a MR which they received 21.12.23 I haven't heard nothing. I've rang today as the school have out her on SEN register so I said will send her pupil profile when I get a copy Monday, the woman said it's taking 7 weeks to get to a DM so that'll be next week so they'll have it .Then after call I get this text message ? Why now 4 weeks does anyone know ?

4/10 still with DM recon there will be a few awarded over the weekend up to wedneaday said ring bk Wednesday & should have a decision

I've just joined to say I'm on the phone to them now, on hold for 40 minutes so far.

They received my claim on 23/10. Had 2 letters and 1 text so far.

They have me down on the letter as a Mrs and not a Miss so it's an excuse for me to ring up and find out how my claim is getting on 😆

Hate the waiting!!!!!

Update on my call this morning,

My boys been awarded! HRC LRM At the age of 14 I thought we had no chance I’ve fought for years to get him what he deserves and this will make a massive difference to our lives, I might now actually afford to be able to drive. I cried on the phone!

Hi all I just thought I’d give an update with how I’m getting along having a scan date of 15th September. It’s 20 weeks since scan date today and been with a cm/dm (told off 3 different people different names?) 2 weeks 3 days 😅 one lady said she was emailing to get the lady who has it to look at it as soon as she’s back? (From where I don’t know) and a man I spoke to after said whoever has it is working today and he will ask her to take a look today! 🤯 congratulations to all that have got a good award and good luck to everyone else 🤞🏻

Still nothing here. 29/09. Anyone else still waiting?

Phoned and it cut me off before I could even begin to get on hold!

17 weeks wait time I got told today. Mine is in holding apparently.

He said end of Feb for a decision for me.
Fingers crossed it will be this month, I can cope another 3 to 4 weeks!

I’m on hold for an update - 13/10 - I doubt it’s gone to anyone yet but I wanted to check anyways as I have to go into Jobcentre on Tuesday and prove that I can’t take on work commitments due to my kids…

anyone else who called today… how bad was the waiting?

Anyone know how future payments work? Money backdated to the 13/09 and went into my bank on the 23/01. I'm assuming next payment isn't until 13/02 as 4 weeks after the back payment date x

Any one wondering about Mr time scales Mr recieved 7th Dec decision made Wednesday, they have decided to change award from lrm to hrm till 2030 over the moon is an understatement xx

@Jumping85 thank you and I'm not sure the lady didn't say I did argue under vuw and smi rules as I believed he fitted both criteria once I recieve the letter if it mentions it I will let uno xx

@Siobhangrace good luck! I rang Wednesday they told be with a decision maker and when I asked when it was decided it was decided on the Wednesday so things change quickly! X
