Anxiously waiting, scan date 4/9.

Our scan date is the 5th Sept, text this morning to say our daughter qualifies we are over the moon. Just waiting for the letter now to see what rate she has been awarded.
Does anyone know how long the payment usually takes to go into your bank?...we'll probably get that before the letter I'm guessing.

About 3-5 working days. My DD was awarded last Friday and I got the back payment yesterday so it took about 3 working days.

I think they only make payments on a Wednesday so probably next week you will get your back pay congratulations

@fraggle19781 im the day later called yesterday was told to call back in 2 weeks if I haven’t heard, was still in a queue x good luck x

@Keddie I think it was Friday as I had a letter dated 22nd Dec saying they recieved it but I knew it was the 7th so had to make sure lol all they said was 7/8 weeks driving me crazy I started this last May feel like it's going on for ever x you still not heard ? X

just done the mr so back to the wait 🙈 saying 6-7 weeks

They said that to me my scan date was 01/09’but I was awarded a couple of days ago so good luck

Congratulations to everyone that’s been awarded today! I called Tuesday for an update, they said they haven’t made a decision yet, don’t know if this means it’s with a DM/CM!
will wait until Monday to call again!

My scan date is 5th Sept. Managed to get through today after an hour wait, it is with a case manager. They said it shouldn’t be much longer for a decision

Anyone know how to do caring element on UC

How does everyone know there scan date I've had a letter in November saying they're still looking at my sons claim but no scan date on their also had 2 texts saying same thing. I sent forms off on 14th September

I’m 31/08 told it’s with a CM has been for 4 days but they haven’t looked at it yet????

Anyone else getting problems with UC. I made the right changes but yet I have a message in journal asking to do it again because it saids I haven’t done it?

@StephXx1 nothing yet. I tried to get through earlier without success. Will try again at 9 tomorrow. Not even sure if it’s with a DM yet. I keep checking my bank in the hope it’s been approved already.

I can’t call at 9 so decided to call now. I’ve been on hold for an hour and five minutes. Has anyone else called around this time, and if so, how long did it take you to get through please?

@Jneill2021 I could not resist calling for an update. Just got through after 1hr 40 mins. Been told the 18th for a decision if not before. That will make this total time 28 weeks since scan date, 6 of these for the MR x

Got through after 1 hour 35 minutes. As expected, no news but it’s with a case manager, though the woman was at least polite and friendly. I’m so anxious about it, it’s very annoying, and I’m struggling to do everything I should be doing because I can’t stop worrying about it. Scan date 1/9. Good luck all of us.

Scan date 4/10 hoping no longer than another 4 weeks wait for new claim currently week 14 since scan date getting nervous now especially for my other sons renewel scan date 17/10 due to be up 22nd febuary hoping his stays the same hoping I don't have to MR any but there's a good chance i will have to with atleast 1 of them really don't wanna be waiting again as this has been long enough #worried fingers crossed my boys get what they are entitled to as my young3st needs the extra funding for nursery as they already have to do 1 to 1 he is 2 years old and non verbal diagnosed Autism
