DLA wait times part 26

Anxiously waiting, scan date 4/9.

Scan date 6th septwmber x

@ToddlerandTeen i hope we all get our answers asap. What annoys me most is that they give you a timescale, then keep changing it! Why tell us it will take up to 15 weeks, when it’s going to take at least 20?! Crazy & bloody frustrating! Good luck x

Mine went to dc not thirsday just gone but the thursday before and got a award text today iv seen people get awared the day after tho! They say from 2 days to 2 weeks x

Called them today , an hour wait on hold. My scan day 15/9 which is over 18 weeks and got told with dm so fingers crossed I’ll hear soon !

Yes put that’s it’s extra evidence and then the child’s name, date of birth and the reference number on the top of the page x

Oct 25th, first claim. The wait is actually giving me greys 😩

Lindsey89 I’d send in the evidence , I sent some in at 15 weeks and phoned some through today . I’m on just over 18weeks now . The more evidence the better .. good luck !

I rang today to get clarification on which of the dates is my scan date off the 3 letters I had received which all said different 26/10, 27/11 and 07/12 and to correct miss spelt names. Then to my surprise I was told its 26/10 and with the DM? is their a time scale ish from this point does anyone know ? x

I’ve lurked for a while and received a letter today saying my child has been awarded MRC + LRM. No text.
Scan date 11/09, approved 17/1 so just over 18 weeks. Money should be in tomorrow.
Good luck everyone still waiting, Sept definitely seems to be moving quicker, I wasn’t even going to bother to call until 20 weeks!

Anyone October claims with a dm

ve just rang and my daughter has been turned down with her DLA claim. I am Absolutely heartbroken I’ve been waiting 20 weeks for a decision. I’m going to do the reconsideration but this can take upto 7 months. I’m not giving up though. What a shitty day today has been

@Hope962 mandatory reconsideration are taking around 8 weeks x

@Hope962 sorry to hear this hun keep fighting though ❤ I'm on week 18 just on hold now got an awful gut feeling my boys gonna be declined panicking I didn't put enough now hope your Mr doesn't take too long and try to grab any extra evidence you can to throw in with it too.

Scan date October 17th rang today and not with DM but said claims are taking 15-20 weeks atm

@Ilovemychildren123 we have both called in today to be told we have to wait until 7 weeks to be passed to DM. She advised I was only on week 6 ???? MR 4th December? Literally no hope lol xx

Apparently 7 weeks i was advised today. But I can see people who have been waiting over 8 weeks now x

Ohh 7 weeks doesn’t sound to bad after 20weeks 😂 I thought I seen on here some one had been waiting 11 weeks but still no answer
