Although don’t you only get about 4 weeks to send them back? I don’t think that works out x

@Wildboysmum18 if it’s from your scan date it looks like Mrc +LRM but if it’s from your phoning date I have no idea cause I thought you got 6 weeks to send in x

That would work out for 26 weeks plus £10 for the Xmas bonus? I didn’t put it for mobility I don’t think so I think it’s 26 weeks of mrc. Thankyou xx

Morning, my scan date was 29/8 and woke up to payment in my bank, going to tray and work out rates. Can someone advise me about universal credit please? I work part time so will not be applying for carers allowance.

I didn’t get a text or phone call prior to payment.

had 2 letters and 3 texts 18.12 last text

I had a text with my younger sons claim to at he was awarded. Literally nothing with this one so it just goes to show I think. Congrats everyone waking up to good news this morning 💞

Just putting this here sent paperwork off on 14/09 have had 2 texts 28/11 and 03/01. Getting a bit stressy now.

When I rang to check rates the woman told me I rang on the 20th of July for forms but payment is back dated to the 26th of July as they do it 6 days after you ring for forms. Has anyone else heard this x

i just called and got through straight away
18weeks tomorrow, nice lady on phone said it’s still in a queue hasn’t gone to a CM yet and to call back in another 2 weeks if I’ve not heard anything

Called and was told they don't give out information if it is with a Dm! She was really stroppy as well. Calling back!

Been following silently, has any body got the same scan date as me?

With a scan date of 18/8 I'd convinced myself it would be a decline! Just rang to find out my boy has been awarded MRC and LRM! No txt message or letter and still awaiting back pay. Huge weight lifted and what a difference it'll make, its just sad that we have to fight so hard for our children. Good luck to all and remember no news can still be good news! Xx

I’ve rang today, scan date 11/08.. They’ve finally got my little boys NI number! Hopefully I’ll get THE text in the next couple of days! I already know an award is likely but it doesn’t stop the stress as I don’t know rates etc! Congrats to everyone who’s had good news today! It’s definitely a horrible wait!

Like many of you who have been through the system fighting for your children, It has taken years for my child to get their formal diagnosis, you would have thought getting them the help they need, would not be so complicated or taking so long. Good luck to everyone who is still waiting.

@Kezzia87 thankyou lovely. Really hope you get good news soon! I will say though I requested a txt message and never got one so as draining as it is it might be worth keep ringing! 🤞🏼x

Hi is anybody had any decision from Mandatory reconsiderations lately . My daughters scan date was 25th November and still getting told all different time scales when I call up

@Kirsty55 i saw someone say that not all DM’s have the ability to text! Mad isn’t it that they say they’ve written down that you’d like a text knowing full well that some people won’t get a text at all! I’ll deffo be ringing again, maybe tomorrow morning, maybe Friday. All depends on how impatient I get haha!!

Phoned again today, it’s with a decision maker and should have a decision any day from now to next 4/5 days. I thought my scan date was 18/8 but it was 16/8

Back payment came in this morning £1712.50. My DD was awarded middle rate care last Friday 5th January.

For those that have been awarded and updated UC. How long did it take from the first letter from them saying they accept the special circumstances to the second letter confirming backpay please?
