@RainbowZebraWarrior

£3354.90 -£10 Christmas bonus is 26 weeks of HRC LRM if you called for the forms in early Aug it could be that x

Mamof31 · 19/01/2024 18:33

@Jesshol36 congratulations on your daughters award, I’ve still got no decision 13/9 really think he’s going to be turned down. I didn’t really want to ring them but think I’ll have to Monday

Same scan date as me and the DM called me today x

Mamof31 · 19/01/2024 20:47

@Sunshinesun aw did you, I’ve had no calls today had a missed call yesterday off a 0844 number not sure if it was a small I tried ringing back but couldn’t connect. I hope I have a decision soon for my son

Loumumoftwo · 19/01/2024 20:56

@Anne92 id say HRC LRM. £3,344.90 divide by 26 weeks is £128.65 per week which is HRC LRM. You get 6 weeks to send the forms back after calling so I’d say they’ve given you the extra 6 weeks even though a day late being scanned x

The number will be 0800 023 XXXX I knew it was them cause this is the number they call off (seen it in here a few times)

ToddlerandTeen · 19/01/2024 21:42

So sorry @RainbowZebraWarrior I tagged the wrong person I didn't read what you had wrote properly and thought you were asking about the money x

How long is coc taking

When I rang on Monday just gone they told me 27 weeks but others on hear have been told different, I don’t think any one knows 😩

Mum2scarlett · 20/01/2024 06:30

Congratulations every one who has been awarded so far 🥰

Hayz0711 · 20/01/2024 07:49

@126t my first letter said 11 weeks, second said up to 15 weeks. Why does COC take longer than new claims? Surely the fairest way is to deal with claims in the order they are received whether that be new claims, renewals or COC. I will be complaining if I’m told it will take 27 weeks, that’s ridiculously long! X

Mum2scarlett · 20/01/2024 10:32

Just had my COC letter through its took 19 weeks scan date 5/9 I rang up last week and they said 27 weeks but got it today, they have gave my daughter LRM but I am going to ask for them to look at it again. Does any one know how long that takes please

Robyn81 · 20/01/2024 10:56

@Mum2scarlett can I ask if you got a random bac pay payment of if they are adding it to your regular payment. Congratulations ❤️

I don’t get no back payment as it’s LRM from when she’s 5 but she’s not 5 until April so we don’t get anything until then and then it’s just the normal LRM payment, but I am going to ask for MR xx

Skelly201 · 20/01/2024 12:05

@tiredmum1989 no my normal day is 7th of each month, this is the back pay that they owe me from disabled child element and carers element that they’ve processed and will be in my bank Monday x

tiredmum1989 · 20/01/2024 12:20

@Skelly201 Ah ok thank you. That’s amazing they’ve done it so quick for you! I’ve had a message to say they’ve accepted my reason for the delay in notifying them but no date for the back pay. Hopefully they turn it around as quickly as they have for you!

Emma2345 · 20/01/2024 13:05

Does anyone no how long it takes for renewal my sons dla claim is due to run out in march , I have recieved the forms to reapply, I’ve reapplied as their has been no change in his care needs accept stronger medications and he needs more care now , makes no difference as he was already on HRC but he was only awarded for a year I applied last march got awarded in the July and was asked to reapply in October due to his claim coming to an end I’ve sent the forms back his dla claim is due to end march 2024 but I’ve still not heard anything back yet ?

Don't worry! I'm 13/9 and I rang Thursday and was told it's with a decision maker and should find out next week, the dates for decisions are all over the place some from August are still waiting x

Mamof31 · 20/01/2024 13:12

@Leahanne1232 aw that’s good to know Thankyou very much! Fingers crossed 🤞🏼 for us both

Mumofthree1987 · 20/01/2024 13:20

It's just taken 5 weeks for my son's renewal x

Emma2345 · 20/01/2024 13:27

@Mumofthree1987 ok Thankyou does everyone’s vary? I’m just abit worried coz I sent mine back in October or November and it’s been around 10-12 weeks x

Mumofthree1987 · 20/01/2024 13:29

I don't know, I sent mine back in the deadline week in December and I got the award text on Wednesday. I rang to confirm and she told me the award rate and payment details.

Emma2345 · 20/01/2024 13:34

@Mumofthree1987 ok Thankyou I will ring Monday to find out x

TanSav95 · 20/01/2024 13:46

So I have had a letter in my UC journal from the decision maker saying my reasons for reporting late have been accepted under special circumstances, however, it doesn’t state how much I am owed and when the payment will be made. Has anyone had this?

Anne92 · 20/01/2024 14:14

Does this mean my daughters claim ends in July? When would I need to request the form to carry the award on? Also would we been entitled to carers element, I'm on lcwra and partner works seasonally March-Nov. Thankyou
