Anxiously waiting, scan date 4/9.

Good luck @Holllymum and anyone else calling. I have diagnosis's but I've seen many people with diagnosis declined - so doesn't reassure me at all 🙁 this process is so stressful x

Just got off the phone, finally got a decision MRC no mobility, I expected no mobility although I do feel my child could meet the SMI guidelines I’m not sure I have the evidence to back it up… I do feel he should be getting HRC though, I’m just not sure they received his EHCP.. Does anyone know if I have to wait for the letter to start a MR? Or can I do it over the phone without having any paperwork

Couldn’t resist and called just now since I’m 18 weeks today!
not very helpful at all, apparently they are only doing end of august dates 🤷🏼‍♀️
she said it’s taking 20 weeks so I’ll have to wait at least another couple of weeks!

I just called too , scan date 6th sep , they just told me its with a dc now and went to one yesterday so that chnaged from ringing yesterday as it apparantly went to dc yesterday!! Yet they told me yesterday was still.in top of que

@Holllymum I’m calling too just on hold, no diagnosis here. Claimed earlier in the year for my other son, no diagnosis and he got awarded. Good luck 🤞🏻 x

Called, have been awarded high rate care and low mobility from middle rate care and low mobility. Decision was made on 10th Jan when should I expect back pay?

Just called and spoke to lovely lady, My scan date is 08/09 and said will be passed usually around 18 weeks which is today and a decision within the next 2 weeks, she did say could be past today or next week. Helpful but not. I had to do a MR with first child and was pretty straight forward and they agreed to MCR just hoping i have not waited this long to be told the same. Second child under cahms for Adhd but no diagnosis yet just doctors/school referrals and learning plans etc sent as evidence but dont think it will be enough, i have sent off today a letter from Cahms but think it may be too late to add now in time for the decision, so the lady made a note. ☺

Good luck hun mine also with dm the anxiety has just hit the roof now what scan date are you? Xx am i right in thinking it then goes to a case manager or am i talking out my bum lol x

Called this morning - scan date 31/08 - awarded HRC and LRM - asked for a text decision but didn’t get one! Good luck to all the September dates xx

Hello, does anyone know if you are in receipt of dla already but due to run out in feb, but done a renewal and been awarded but not happy with renewal and doing a MR do you still get your money as usual until a decision has been made? Or will it get stopped until the decision has been made ?

I’ve heard it depends who your case worker is there all judged differently is that true

The nerves. Got a text on Wednesday saying my child was awarded. No idea which child or which rates. Two weeks to find out in a letter. How can I possibly wait?!!! But I don't want to call because I feel they are busy enough!
I keep thinking it is a mistake and checking my bank account.

Just parking myself here to find any fellow Oct scan dates. My scan date is 16/10 - so far 2 letters, no texts.

My son is 4 years old - diagnosed with Autism with an EHCP. I know due to his age, he will not get mobility but hoping for MRC at least. Looking at this thread, it looks likely that I won’t hear anything until March perhaps?
