@Tammie23 nothing yet, definitely thinking a decline though but rather not get my hopes up. How about you? 😊

@Helenmummyof3 for about 90% of claims they're getting sent to a DM between 17 and a half weeks - 18 and a half weeks. Unfortunately you might need to add a week on for the Christmas close. But once with a dm hopefully you find out quickly x

Thank you, when I first applied they said 15 weeks so that would make it the 14th of December but rang this week getting impatient and they said they are working at 20weeks 😮

Hi everyone - I know I'm miles behind everyone else. I sent my form off and I know it arrived on 21st Nov as I paid for signed for delivery. It said you'd get a letter in 2 weeks, I haven't had letter or text and worried that they haven't received it or it's fallen off a pile somewhere! Does anyone know how long its taken just to get acknowledgement they've received it/get a scan date?

@Helenmummyof3 unfortunately that is the letter that's driven us all crazy. Hardly anyone get a decision now before 18 weeks. It's horrible. I hope you're one of the ones that get through quicker but brace yourself for middle/ end of January x

My scan date is 30/08 with the same text dates.

@Duchess89 can take upto 6 weeks to receive the letter. Not everyone actually does get letters or texts. Keep the delivery screenshots (they sometimes like to be sneaky and say they didn't get it...until you give the delivery details then it miraculously turns up) and give them a call in a week or 2 x

@Rebeccanew yes we get 189 for carers element to! I didn’t know about that until the guy on the phone last week told me! Make sure you make the change and get that to xxx

Is anyone waiting on an MR decision, if so how long? Xx

@Helenmummyof3 my scan date is 30/08 with the same text dates as you. The completed form was due back on the 23/08 but they didn’t receive it until the 30th taking almost 2 weeks arrive! I’m hoping they still honour backdating any payment (if approved) to when I called for the forms back in July. There is a note on the system explaining the situation when it does finally get to a DM 🤞

Hopefully by the end of January we will hear something, from reading this thread it’s a loooong wait. Hopefully we can enjoy Xmas before we need to stress lol x

how long does it normally take once its with a desicion maker does anyone know please

Hi all, i thought my scan date was 4/8 but checking my letter it’s actually 7/8, I’m really hoping I hear soon, it’s making me feel sick worrying it’s going to be a decline, good luck to everyone waiting x

@mummyoftwo6and7 mine went to a decision maker on Tuesday and I got a txt saying had been awarded on Wednesday. However they do say it can take 7-10 days for a decision to be made, I think it depends whether they need to contact health professionals x

Not everyone gets the text which is even more frustrating, some DM's don't have the ability to as work from home

So then it's waiting for it to go into your account.

I'm so tempted to call at 9am now just to check

@Lauren2121 3/8. I have 3 applications in for the same date. 1 went to dm Tuesday, 1 Wednesday and I'm hoping the third went today

@Jneill2021 hey, I managed to get my extra evidence posted by recorded delivery today with the address u sent me. But I realised it’s exactly 2 weeks today since the conversation I had on the phone to the dla. He said make sure you send the extra evidence in the next 2 weeks. Do you think they will still look at it? Or have I left it too late? It wil get there Saturday morning that’s if they are open then… I completely forgot he said the evidence needed to be in within h the next 2 weeks so I’m panicking now xx
