@Rebeccanew yeah I thought the same, it's so unfair to leave us all like this, I'm feeling peeved today, I rang up n was told my claim won't even be looked at until the end of this month, my scan is 13/7 my last txt was 9/10 which is 5 week this Monday, I'm unsure in what to believe anymore, I see many do get told it will go to a dm within so long or that they should have a decision by a certain date, but each time I have phoned, I'm not given any info and seems they don't know too much themselves as I can hear them calculating how many weeks for scan date, is your scan date early July xx

@Rosegoldsunshine88 im the 10/7 hun and iv been told 2 times now it’s so close to decision maker end this week should hear by next week hun! I think we will know next week xxxxxxx

@Rebeccanew oh that's really good your a few days before me, so hopefully yours is with dm any day now, then hopefully mine might go next week, fingers crossed 🤞 hopefully it's not too long for us, good luck with your claim xx

I'm also 10/7 and was told end of this week and should hear next week

I was told 17.5 weeks to go to DM and then around 10 more day for a decision.
On Monday I sent some more evidence with next day service, they've received it and already added to my claim.

last text was 9/10
iv tried to call today for an update as I’m 17 weeks on Friday but it keeps cutting off x

@Asdmummyhere im calling every day or 2…lol we’re well ove our time wait and tbh it does say over 15 weeks call them! But I have seen how quick things can change one min it might not be with decision maker the next it’s award so I wouldn’t mind bothering them! Give them a call as many times hun…I think you should have decision by end week…did you send much evidence? xxxx

My scan date 18/7 to xx

Finally got through! LRM MRC til 2026! I wasn't expecting that! Wow.

@Rebeccanew his initial report from the paediatrician, asq score, salt assessment for his ehcp, 2 statements from 2 nurseries stating his extra needs and development age. There was someone yesterday who posted she'd been awarded and sent no evidence in at all xx

Scan date 06/07

With a decision maker since Monday the 06/11

Wait time to get through this morning 1 hour, 12 minutes. (Called just after 11am)

Said I should hear something in the next few days.

I am starting to wonder whether all us with the same last msg received are all in the same pile for the dm, and this could be the reason why dates awarded are up and down, or could they go in date order, just so confusing not knowing how they work it and the system they run it by

Scan date 14/7 last text 9/10
so a day after you for scanning. Iv tried calling today but keeps cutting off. The wait is awful x

I was told the DLA award ended the day before my child turned 17, but aren't you supposed to apply for PIP at 16?

Im 14/7 called monday was told any time from the 13th and to call friday if ive not heard anything.

@Clairexdx I have phoned and to be honest they not really giving any info, but there does seem to be cases that you phone and there's nothing but then receive a msg, so I do not think that they have anything on the system until last min, I'm really unsure in what to think tbh, I do feel that as we have same text date that ours are all in same pile which can mean any of our dates are picked out due to the pile size ect, I'm unsure just I feel dates are up and down xx
