@StephanieCee I’m still waiting although further after you, my award was 31st October. I seen someone post on a fb group a date after mine but same area centre of workers and they’ve had there’s so I don’t know how it works. I would like it before Christmas ideally but that’s prob wishful thinking. X

How’s people getting on with universal credit, it’s been week and no one still got back to me with me requesting it going to decision maker to backdate the disability child element

Congratulations all on your awards! Soo happy for you all, scan dates 12/07 was told on Friday to wait a week. Its been 5 weeks from last txt dont know whether to call

I’m still waiting on mine, it’s been to a decision maker and been accepted from them just waiting to see how much and when it will be in my bank

Scan date 12/07 - I rang on Friday and it wasn’t with anyone yet. Tempted to ring but it’s so disappointing when they say nothing has happened. @Billie1993 Good luck! Let me know how you get on 🤞🏻

@Kelz23 when reporting a change do uc have to approve it? Added ds dla on journal and added I was now caring for him. My work search appointment was then cancelled but no idea if the changes have been accepted. Added a note to my journal about back pay but not heard anything but it's not been a week yet x

Last Tuesday I put note on saying child had been awarded from 5/7 can this go to decision maker to backdate but no one will respond to me at all

I rang Thursday and wasn't with a dm, rang today and was awarded Friday so always worth a try xxx

Apparently I seen on someone else journal that a member of staff wrote if you haven’t heard or letter with amount within 10 days of the DM approving it then chase it up @StephanieCee x

I’ll give them a ring now as it’s been 10 days since they approved it, I’ll let you know x @Mummyrach13

was on hold for 1 hour and a lovely lady picked up and said that we’re finally with a DM (she didn’t tell me from when?) she said she can see it hasn’t been completed as of yet but it’s in her pile. And that I should hopefully receive a text message once completed and to call back for rates after the text message.

@Tmxx / @Pumpkins3 I can only hope that it could potentially be done by the end of the day but now I know it’s with a DM I’m slightly some what happier but also nervous lol. Pumpkin I’m hopping yours is also with a DM too and you get some amazing news soon

so it was unfavourable but I will be making an mr I just have to wait for the letter then I can do it again she also said that MR’s are taking around 3weeks
we definitely know what texts are what now

I've just tried phoning twice and once I get through the options it says they're busy and the phone hangs up, anyone else had this?
