as there’s only around 30 comments left x

Just got through to a jolly young chap, but he wasn't overly helpful.. he said any new evidence will take 2 weeks to be scanned on (they only signed for it Thursday) and I asked when my claim would go to a DM he asked my scan date and I said it was 26/7 he said "no therebwint be any update yet new claims are taking 17.5 weeks we've only just got into early July dates now" so 40 mins on hold for absolutely no reason 🤣🤣

Just got through, it's been allocated to a DM today, she said hopefully by the end of the week or early next week. Scan date of 11/07. More waiting!

They definitely need some sort of online system so we can check our claims progress online saves being on hold for ridiculous amounts of time for us to be spoken to for less then 2 minutes! Would save so much time!

Currently on hold 45 minutes, just wanted to check they've received 2 lots of extra evidence I've sent. Scan date 24/07 so from looking on here it should go to DM next week 🤷‍♀️

I am currently back on hold as I thought the woman said backdated to 23rd but that wouldn't add up to the amount being backdated so I now don't know when its backdated to! Xxx

@Tmxx shouldnt jt go back to yohr scan date! Am sure they used to go back to the day you called for the claim pack xxxxx

Hi all, I'm new to this group. Our scan date was 22/8 so know I'm still in for a long wait. My 2nd text was last Tuesday. Good luck everyone!!!

My scan date is 11/07 they said I have been award from 23rd and what I thought was July but that doesn't add up so now I have no idea when they said I was awarded from but know it was definitly the 23rd of something! I also didn't ring for forms I printed and sent my own! They may have said 23rd June (that works out to what my backpack is going to be) but I don't see how it could be that when its before my scan date! Xxx

just got off the phone, no updates on the system, not with CM or DM have been told can be up to 2 weeks, I’m not phoning again this week, good luck to everyone x

Just got through was awarded mrc on Friday! Awarded from 10th june until 2025! My boy finally can get what he deserves! Good luck to all still waiting

I posted my child’s DLA form to the free post address on 30th October . Lady at the post office said I needed the full address if I wanted to send it recorded. How long does it roughly take for them to send you acknowledgment of receiving your application? I’m hoping it’s reached them but can’t help feel a bit worried now .

@Clairexdx I know, I just feel deflated, I’m not phoning this week now as each time it’s just been pointless, yes phone up as tbh with each day passing things can change quickly and you just never know, fingers crossed we are soon x

@Melliee sorry only just seen your update , Good luck when you call them , I'll keep my fingers crossed that it's good news for you. The lady I spoke to said the text often just says a decision has been made and it doesn't mean anything other then a decision has been made. 🤞 It's good news for you , let me know what they say when you call. Even if it is a decline deffo do an MR I'm expecting a decline tbh especially as its taking them so long to make a decision xxxx

Hi, anybody who’s had their award recently had anything backdated from UC? I got my award 17th October from DLA and still waiting for UC to backdate
