Yano what pisses me off, you wait all this time (7/7) and now for the last two days you can even get through on the phone, they just cut you off. What a terrible service, it’s not fit for purpose at all. Good luck today ladies xx

I called yesterday was on hold for ages like 2 hours. Just keep getting told it’s in a decision makers pile?? And nothing else. Should I call again?

@Thismamalife honestly if you have time I would. People have called and been told not with a dm to get a txt an hour late being awarded. Good luck hun x

Hi I'm from Cambridge, scan date 10/7 last text was 2/10 , can't believe it's finally over I did call for the first time on Monday to b told this week or next so glad I finally got a text she's been rewarded

they messed up the reference number for dds claim so it’s not even with a dm atm just have to wait it out
also congratulations on your award!!

5/7 just called 1hr and 35 minutes on hold! To be told it’s with another department who are contacting my sons school? Has anyone had this before?

@Asdmummyhere thank you , on hold to them now. Probably wasting my time as I only called Tuesday but I'm just starting to lose patience with it now. 18 weeks today. I hope you manage to get through and they have given your son the correct rates xx

I think they do run checks on the information provided so don’t worry to much.
