16 weeks today scan date 20/07 I'm sure the days have slowed since hitting 15 weeks haha! Hope you're all awarded asap

Is anyone else being repeatedly cut off? I must of tried 10 times over the last 2 days and can’t get in the holding queue? Xx

@househead13 that kept happening to me a few days ago. In the end I got into the que but I lost count of how many times I tried before that happened. It cuts you off when their call que is at capacity so it's just a case of keeping going. It's really annoying , especially when your short of time! X

@househead13 I kept getting cut off every time I selected option 3 on the last option so I selected option 2, a change in care needs or bank details or something it said and I got through. Could have been coincidence but worth a try as may be a different skill set line 🤷🏻‍♀️

I've seen that there is 2 types of texts when a decision has been made one that says "your child qualifies" and one saying "a decision has been made" is the 2nd one always a decline or has people got that text and still qualified?

I’ve just received a call from the dm. She wanted to ask some questions about night time needs and school. Her words were. It’s a favourable award and keep and eye on my bank in the next 3-5 days for a payment. I should get a text to confirm later today. I’m so relieved yet so nervous as she didn’t indicate what the award may be! Ah it’s like torture but I’m so happy, I can get my son all the aids he needs to live a more comfortable life! Don’t give up hope ladies!

@Asdmummyhere sorry to ask, did your text say your child qualifies or that a decision had been made? I've seen a few people get different text but wernt sure if the second one was a definite decline or still qualifies?

A massive congratulations to both of you @Asdmummyhere & @Kaymumof4 just curious did you both receive the last text message on the 2/10 also was it 5 weeks since the last text and how many weeks in total did you both wait sorry for all the questions I’m just curious 🫣

Has anyone getting their backdate from UC yet? I got my letter the 3rd November stating I qualify from the decision makers but still no letter to say how much and when it will be going in the bank?
