I’m tempted to call, my scan date is the 10/7 just not sure I see the point today. Congratulations everyone who’s been awarded.

So I called again!!! And my evidence they recieved over 3 weeks ago still has not been added to my claim and all she said was Woking from 3rd October on documents.... I'm 18 weeks an it's in a holding pile for decision maker. I asked if she could leave a note explaining evidence still not scanned on so please delay dm looking at it until that's been added to my claim she said she cant do that and I'm to ring again for thr 4th time next Wednesday an give the tracking number so they can go locate. I said well that's pointless ringing again can you jisy do that for me now and got told no wait another 5 days. Just ridiculous

Just rung this morning. Scan date 4/7.
Awarded yesterday afternoon 🥳.

@Hams12459 thats shocking! Can I ask how you sent it!? I sent mine this Monday tracked and signed for 1pm the next day! They recieved Tuesday morning and when I rang at 1pm on Tuesday to ask them to add it asap as I was due to be with a DM any minute, they said it had already been added on to my claim!! I was expecting it not to be as I heard they can take a few weeks to add it on! I’m VERY surprised she couldn’t add that note onto the system!

@Mummyrach13 I’m most likely at the bottom of the pile that went Monday morning but even so todays 5 days, I’m aware results can be up to 10-14 days days but can’t help but want to us process to be over x

Ok I have given I’m not sure why but I’m calling, currently on hold just hope it’s not too long. I don’t think I’ve ever been so anxious before

Next day royal mail signed for at 6.36am! Very annoying! So again I'll have to call Wednesday and give them my tracking number so they can go and locate it
