Scan date 6/7 and I'm in Sussex on the South coast.

Tried to call just went dead feel like the phones are busy

I called cause I planned to send some extra evidence thinking it would be the difference between mid and high and she told me he was awarded already.
they got my forms 4/7 but my letter was dated 15/7

I'm on hold to them now, the automated message is saying 15 weeks and not to phone for an update before then! Been on hold 23 mins so far 🤦‍♀️
