You can call them to find out rates or you can wait for the backpay and the letter that will eventually come

If you want to notify UC today then you’ll need to call DWP and ask them the date that the award started from. You’ll also need to know the rates. Once you have that information, here’s what you do with UC

@Sockbabies Sometimes I feel like they don’t even know what they are saying sometimes or they have a script! I worry that the longer they take to make a decision, to more likely for a decline but ikno that’s not the case! The anxiety is sickening!
