NatalieAnn92x · 01/11/2023 18:25

@Kelz23 @Lollypops88 I'm also 3/7! i phoned yesterday & was told it hadn't gone to a DM yet but it was in a holding pile so should be very close! He couldn't give me a time frame but judging by other peoples decisions, i reckon next week for us!! Fingers crossed ladies! x

Rebeccanew · 01/11/2023 18:35

Ohh I’m not far after you @Lollypops88 good luck 🩷

Helentwinsplus1 · 01/11/2023 18:39

18/7 and they said end of Nov for ours. I've complained to my MP because it's not good enough and life is hard enough ATM. Took me 1 1/2 hours to get through as well

Kelz23 · 01/11/2023 19:06

@NatalieAnn92x good luck 🍀 keep us updated

Nicole313 · 01/11/2023 19:12

@Kelz23 @NatalieAnn92x @Lollypops88 I called Monday and was told 18.5 weeks wait I hope its sooner the wait is a nightmare

Kelz23 · 01/11/2023 19:14

@Nicole313 its awful, I keep seeing the odd 1 from July getting done it’s giving me major anxiety. I was ok till we hit 16 week mark. 🤯

Tmxx · 01/11/2023 19:16

Is it me or does this week seem really slow compared to the people saying they've been awarded last week!

Kelz23 · 01/11/2023 19:22

@Tmxx I thought the same I just thought maybe staff might be off with it being half term xx

Tmxx · 01/11/2023 19:25

I never thought about this!! But surely that would have made last week slow not this week!? Xx

Kelz23 · 01/11/2023 19:30

@Tmxx we are off this week West Midlands xx

Mummyrach13 · 01/11/2023 19:44

It seems to be most are getting decisions around 18.5 weeks seems correct for a lot here! I think a few lucky ones slip through earlier. X

Oh my god wow didn't even think of this! I am South so ours was last week! I didn't even know it was different times in different places haha xx

Rebeccanew · 01/11/2023 20:02

doesnt some decision makers work from home? Also surely they would have cover? X

Helenlogismumma · 01/11/2023 20:09

Do I called Monday was told my claim was with a decision maker, called today for an update and was told it’s not been allocated yet , she’s not sure why I was told different Monday! This is the most frustrating thing I’ve ever gone through so who knows what next!

Mrsstephens04 · 01/11/2023 20:19

Just seen on a Facebook post one of the questions on the forms "if thr child is a Swiss did it live in the UK at the time of thr claim" (something like that) apparently your supposed to leave blank if your child isn't a Swiss but I didn't understand the question and I'm almost sure I ticked yes just because it's asked if the child lived in the UK 🙈 will this effect my sons claim do you think? Is it worth calling them to explain that I am just that thick I didn't understand the question

roki · 01/11/2023 20:21

hi sorry to bother you what is their threshold for HRC? confusing to be honest . with all the conditions you have listed above why will they even think twice seriously..
