Scan date: 14/06
rang today and was on hold for 1 hour 35 minutes before I finally got through at 10 to 5
He has been awarded higher rate care and lower rate mobility, more than I was ever expecting…they said decision was made yesterday, the relief is amazing! 🎉

@StephanieCee I don’t know. I made all the changes to my UC last week and enquired about my minimum floor income being removed. They have replied to tell me the MFI has been removed but no talk about backdating payments for the carers element or backpaying my deducted MFI

I genuinely wasn't going to call I'm so so so glad I did now. I'm so relieved 😅

Does anyone know what happens with tax credits will I be entitled to anything through them and how long it generally takes to receive or be sorted out.

Yeah, I rang on Thursday and it wasn’t but when I rang yesterday, the lady said it has been with a DM since last week. I’m not sure when it went to a DM x
