Oh 100% they told me to check my statements aswel as they will change before anything. So I'm always doing that too lol x

I got paid today! I don't know my entitlements yet but I got £1293 in my bank! I'm so happy! I owe a lot of it out though 😅 but still very happy!!! I'll ring to find my reward later!

What day did u have your txt for the reward I had mine on Tues still nothing in my bank

Hopefully today's the day for a decision for us with scan date 30th. I'm ringing them again at 4 if not heard anything before

Am going to see if i can ring them again it just my kids are I'll today if i get time I'll ring them as well again plz 30 scan date keep me up day thank you

@Oilytoe90 oh my statement has changed last month with the higher disabled child element? But the woman I spoke too said that backdated money won't show on my statement? 🤷‍♀️ so confusing! 😂 my monthly money has been adjusted to what my son is entitled too now just waiting on the backpay x

Oh when did they change your statements? Mine still haven't changed. Maybe call them again babe x

@Oilytoe90 I got my statement the 13th of September that's when it had been changed, I did I rung Monday or Tuesday this week hun and they just say the.same thing waiting for it to be authorised, can't say when to keep.checking my journal and bank 🤷‍♀️ they're bloody useless it's rubbish how they can't even give a rough idea!! So my monthly moneys been sorted just the backpay I'm waiting on, when do you get your statement?x

@Shannon26 oh wow. My pay date is 17th and my statements are usually ready by 11th of the month. I'm praying it's sorted soon, I was gonna use the money for my daughters 12th birthday x

Can I ask what evidence you sent in @Clarelushx if you don’t mind me asking x

Just so others know. I opted for a text, twice. I did not receive one, I had to call up to find out! They then said backdated money will be in the bank within 3 days.
i would call up once a week, just to check! I found the best time to call was about 4pm!

I'm hopeful to see any June 30th updates today. I'm not sleeping at all with this weighing on my mind

Sent on 14/7. Acknowledgement ltr on 7/8. Claim runs out 13/10. It's hell having to wait, not being able to budget. It could affect UC and Carers too if the award goes down, which I suspect it will. Horrible experience.

What do people mean by their 'statements'? Do you mean the award letter they send out, maybe before money goes into your account?
