Eeek... I think I'm in labour... anyone up?

I can't believe this may be a full moon baby! I've had strong back feelings going on all afternoon, then in the evening they moved to the front and now its period ouchy and regular...

thanks guys; I've stopped doing the getting up in the middle of the night and posting. Having strong contractions virtually every night that then tail off around 5am when I get up starving to have some tea and toast!

This morning they are still here and quite strong. Have also had a cervical grope and think I'm 1cm. Things may be afoot!

latest... have obstetrician booked this arvo and wondering weahter to let them have a go at a sweep... also have acupuncture now booked for thurs to get things moving..watch this space!

they tried to sweep yesterday but cervix not favourable... then cramping this morning and a show first thing.... we shall see

nope . went for coffee and long walk in the cold, but still nada. Have acupunture booked first thing tomorrow... we shall see!

current child actually a girl, but do admit she is mistaken daily for a boy.. the combats don't help, but its too cold for dresses at the moment! She keeps kissing the bump and saying baby, but at 20 months I think its a bit early for her to understand quite what is going to happen. I do feel for her, its going to be quite a change!

aww i'm so sorry! my ds has had lots of things knitted for him, a little old fashioned yellows and pastel greens they are so warm and he is called a cute little girl!

thanks thumb. after a really shitty night of no sleep and waking up in an awful grump, I've just had my lovely acupunture session. what a relief! I'm feeling really calm and happy, so who knows if this might start something off? Even if it doesn't bring on labour, it was worth it to feel completely chilled for a bit, this on off stuff is so emotionally and physically draining... as if we don't have enough on our plates with a toddler and impending newborn!

FLF - Am now in a great state of about your accupuncture as I'm finding it really hard to get in a nice zone [thinkI might be trying to labour tonight]. Just can't chill and take big deep breaths you know?

Better keep practising as I'll be jolly well needing to zone oout and calm down soon. I think.

It's like I'm in sucha bad mood I can't relax. ooooohhh.
