I saw the old thread was not 'Active' but please take a look before you proceed. I have had a terrible experience with this company, they are not medically trained and al their sales and mentor staff are ex-customers, like a pyramid or Ponzi scheme. The therapeutic content is just a bit of science about adrenalin and that’s it... that all they’ve got. I got some of my money back through my credit card and now they are taking me to court because they want it back, and have double the amount because of my reviews, to silence me.

IF YOU HAVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE PLEASE GET IN TOUCH, I am alone trying to prove they are bad news. If you've been through their emotional blackmail sales experience or their programme pls let me know THANK YOU x

There are a couple of posters there who have been taking action, you can PM them directly.

If you post on that thread (but don't ask for this to be deleted) you'll alert others who were posting there too.

OP. I read your review on TP and I see you used the same words there as here.

My personal recommendation to you is that if TP ask you to withdraw the statements of pyramids / Ponzi that you do, unless you have cast iron evidence. Otherwise they will take down your review, whereas something more measured may be allowed to stay.

From the 2 threads on here, it seems as if this is not pyramid / Ponzi (which are illegal) but more very expensive, pressure sold, peer counselling (with dodgy science). They clearly have some kind of product (don't they?).

However the people on the second thread linked to above would love to know more from the inside since other apparent users for some reason are unable to give any details of the 'formula' or advice given at all. . But only if you feel strong enough. Don't do anything that will harm your own MH.

You must have been desperate to be persuaded to part with so much money. I really hope you / your DC are finding better help elsewhere.

ive reported them to trading standards whove told them to remove certain claims eg 100% cure. trouble is theyve now changed their name- im getting emails from ' kids anxiety disorder solutions' who are the same people

If anyone is thinking of signing up, there are two other very informative threads in this section, both with Your Child Freedom Formula in the title. The company has now been renamed Peaky Parents.

I wouldn’t call it a scam; I would call it:

Unethical
Unsafe
Unscrupulous
Unchecked
Underhand

Beware of your interactions with the company owners who are presenting themselves as something they are not.

They are not experienced, trained or following any of the appropriate regulations.

If they were would trading standards be actively investigating them? Would the ASA be investigating them? Would the ICO be investigating them? I doubt that very much.

We have NOT spoken up in the last 3 months until now because this is not Mums having a CHAT.... It has been a vindictive, abusive and criminal pursuit to prevent, block and STOP other families having the ability to recover their children and we did not want to be a part of it - but it has now turned sinister and dark indeed.

The woman heading up this frenzied attack is indeed currently being taken to court by us (or counter sued should we say) We DO have the right in the UK to a fair trial , NOT to gain her money (we all agreed this would go towards a free family entry) but for DEFORMATION & SLANDER. We DO have the right for a JURY to decide - this will also enable us to prove our innocence and better still allow us to showcase what we actually do and why it costs so much and how our work is life changing and provides children and families RECOVERY. But you have NO IDEA what we do - because you have ALL just jumped on this band wagon of hatred.
It has now come to light that Mums Net have very slyly and secretively given the BBC (Radio 4) the opportunity to make a sensationalized story about Rogue Traders and Profiteering (peculiar as surely Mums Net and the BBC are the ONLY ones who will profiteer from stopping these families getting the help they need?)- Yes this is ACTUALLY the words used on the advert for their program. The British Broadcasting Company - who have not even SPOKEN to us have said we are Rogue Traders and Profiteering?
Weirdly also we have asked MNHQ several times to look at these disgraceful posts that are using MY personal details and giving away our address and private information.

Maybe we should have stood up for ourselves months ago?

This will no doubt produce a flurry of more abuse and another frenzied attack will be raged against us for us finally speaking out.
YES we have a cost associated to what we do? It costs a fortune to put on the level of infrastructure behind our work. Please come and look at our accounts, sit in on the sessions we have everyday, speak to Parents, speak to us - I can understand that Mums who cannot afford our work may feel bitter and excluded. But the BBC taking a side without a balanced investigation - and Mums Net allowing this damming witch hunt to continue is just shameful.

As mentioned before, my concerns about your company are:

1. High ticket coaching model which I believe is inappropriate for this type of service

1. Sharing of child's personal and medical details on your websites and trustpilot.

1. Reactive and threatening replies and responses to concerns raised on Trustpilot and these threads.

1. Sock puppet accounts on these threads (IE companies posing as their own customers)

You haven't addressed any of these concerns which I believe are all valid, and may well be shared by lots of others.

I don't dispute some families have had a good experience with your companies. However I believe no company is above scrutiny, especially those dealing with children's health. The way a company reacts to scrutiny is a good indicator of their integrity.

You had every opportunity to respond early on in these threads, but you chose to use sock puppet accounts, and strange and threatening FB posts and videos instead of responding directly.

I don't speak for anyone else on this thread, or Mumsnet. It's an open forum and people who post are not somehow affiliated with MN itself.

PS I'm pretty sure MN invited you to reply as a company. They said the best way to do this is to email them directly.

You sound unhinged based on that post. I'm grateful I have no need of intervention for my kids but good grief your weird ramble is doing more damage to your reputation than an anonymous online bad review could ever do.

Don't you think it would be better to put energy and resources into campaigning for children's mental health services in the UK to be better funded by the NHS than charging desperate families for a course that has no clinical evidence base?
