What is sex? Don't think i remember that
We have two children and fortunately they are heavy sleepers Anyway lets face it noise travels much farther than the next room when you are camping/ Last year we had a young couple staying about 20 yards from us and i had to sleep with my pillow over my head

dustystar · 11/05/2007 19:22

We've got very good at quiet sex LOL!

But taht5s far better than no sex

I mean its a holiday

filthymindedvixen · 11/05/2007 19:22

it's not the noise that's the problem so much as whole tent a shakin'...

Lucycat · 11/05/2007 19:22

This is Pear tree

sadly the 'wrong' side of Wareham as the traffic was horrendous and the bloke who ran it was severly grumpy!

hopefully they've also done up the toilet block since last year - there was no way it was a 4 star site!

we did have a good time though!

dustystar · 11/05/2007 19:22

On an airbed? In a sleeping bag? Be hard to get away from the damp patch...

PeachyChocolateEClair · 11/05/2007 19:24

No FMV that just ,means you need delta pegs

dustystar · 11/05/2007 19:24

in a sleeping bag no-one can see the wet patch!

filthymindedvixen · 11/05/2007 19:25

...[hmmm]]
(obviously not a proper camper as i have no idea what delta pegs are )

dustystar · 11/05/2007 19:26

I only discovered them last week but aparently they are THE pegs to have - of course we don't have them

filthymindedvixen · 11/05/2007 19:37

oh, I just know if dh sees them, he will need some....

beckybrastraps · 11/05/2007 19:48

I do not get tent porn. We have a vintage tent. 1970s orange frame tent with green and black stripes. It's big, it's robust, you can stand up in it and there is plenty of room for rainy day activities.

I don't like pods. Or tunnels. And don't get me started on Cath Kidston.

I also look askance at matching sets of folding chairs and tables.

Grrr at camping becoming fashionable...

filthymindedvixen · 11/05/2007 19:50

no see, I'm of that!!

Actually I realy want a boy scout white heavy canvas jobby with huge thick ropey guyopes, with a hand-made luggae rack fashioned from sticks...

dustystar · 11/05/2007 19:51

We camped like that when i was a kid becky and tbh we thought about buying the old style canvas type of tent last year when a friend was selling hers but in the end the new style of tents are easier to look after and put up as well as being lighter and taking up less space in the car.

PeachyChocolateEClair · 11/05/2007 19:51

sorry love but I ws into camping way before any fashions (201 years of camping this year in fact) although i do have a cath kidston folding chair (we dont do folding table sets though, we have an aluminium roll up with our normal chairs- much better)

marthamoo · 11/05/2007 19:52
