How is everyone doing?
I haven't lost tons of weight so far, only a few lbs. However, I'm in this for the long haul and I'm happy as long as the scales are moving in the right direction. I've also lost around an inch from my waist.
I have completed week 3 of C25k and start week 4 tomorrow. That has helped me a lot, actually, because I can already feel a distinct shift in my fitness levels.
I have also started doing the beginner 30 day shred today. I did it for a month last spring, and it nearly killed me
but I got through it then and will get through it again now! I have realised from doing c25k that it helps me to have some kind of structure for exercise so that I feel I have to stay on track.
Still doing 16:8 on weekdays, and trying to focus on eating plenty of fruit and veg, whole grains, lean protein etc.
How is everyone else getting on? It's so easy to lose momentum after the first couple of weeks, but we all need to stick to the plan and keep trying! We can do this!!

There is no shame if anyone has fallen off track, we all know how easy that is! But we can still pick ourselves up and get back on again.
