So I'd put on some weight before having my daughter and then added to that during and following pregnancy. My baby is one now so there's really no excuse anymore! 🤣
I've read around various diets etc and have decided that using my fitness pal to track calories and be mindful of my carb intake is probably the best way forward for me!

Please let me know a bit about what you're doing and how far you have to go!

Let's do this!

How's everyone getting on? I'm 2.5lbs off losing 2 stone (started at 15st 1lbs and now 13st 3.5lbs). Reaching 2 stone lost is my next mini aim, followed by getting myself out of the 13s and into the 12s. Feeling much healthier, really noticed it yesterday when walking with/chasing my boys on their bikes 😊 still over 3 stone to lose but trying to take it in small steps. Hope you are doing well x

@clto2021 wow that is amazing. Can I ask how long it has taken you? I'm down to 14st 8. Its coming off but slowly. I am having the same brekkie every day porridge fruit and honey but not having it until 10. Then a 300 calorie lunch 600 calories dinner i also have a treat every day (2 finger kit kat). I try to have dinner before 7 and not eat after (so doing a 15 hour fast) . I normally break a diet after 3 days but this appears to be working . I have just had to say to myself its better to be going down each week however small. Really hope I'm under the 14.7 this week.

Thank you @2018anewstart 😊 I started in the new year. I've been eating similar to you really. Tracking on myfitnesspal and trying to walk a bit more. They allocated me 1200 calories a day so I try to stick to around that. I sometimes I go over but try not to go crazy and stay mindful. I have found it easier to stick to because I can eat what I fancy but just focus on portion size.

Shame this thread has gone so inactive. How is everyone getting on? I had a slow week last week but yesterday I moved over the 2 stone threshold and I'm so close to moving out of the 13s. I weighed 13st 0.5lbs this morning 😊
