Anyone want to join me in losing weight?

I lost weight last year and more the year before. But having fallen off the wagon a bit lately, I now need to lose another stone to get back into my BMI (health reasons).

Anyone care to join me?

MFP allows me 1700 calories but I'm fairly active and run a few times a week and wall a lot. I have no idea how I'd survive on less, what kinds of things are you eating?

Today I had a banana and a slice of toast for breakfast (300 cals). I had a pot of stirfried veggies with a salmon fillet for lunch (400 cals) and a mini choc bar (100cals). I have 900 cals left for dinner which is usually how my day goes: two lower cal meals and then a carby proper dinner. I usually run in the evening and need the energy. But my problem is I'm really lacking in energy in the day. How do you all combat this?

Fhr I do find that a boiled egg or two scrambled eggs does me better than bread in the morning, but it varies.

I wish I liked eggs, sadly unless they're in a cake or a meringue I can't put them last my lips.

Ah!

Porridge?

Hi!

Hope it's losing weight has/is going well!

When I started out to lose weight I looked for natural ways I could lose weight which sorted me right out!

There are hundreds of different ways online however, this is the best one for me personally.

Hope this helps you like it did for me!! Smile

Annandale I had porridge this morning :) I ran after it and I think I struggled because I went in the morning and I didn't have enough energy in my system yet. Also, new shorts and the chub rub is REAL. Ouch.

How is everyone getting on? What's for eating today?

So well done all of you on so much weight loss.

My own summer has taken a mega busy turn and I'm struggling to stay motivated, so I going to wait to till college is back and try again.
Good luck everyone.

Posting because I hit 88.7kg this morning which is under 14 stone. Hoping there might still be a bit of summer left to wear the size 16 trousers I can't do up yet... maybe by September...

Can I join? I weigh 12stone and 7lbs currently. I'm 5ft 7" and a size 16 (a very wobbly size 16 though Sad).

Ideally I'd like to lose 2lbs a week but I'd be happy with a loss of 5/6lbs every month. I'm hoping to lose at least a dress size in time for Xmas.

Meant to say, I am using MFP and aiming for 1300 calories a day.

I have been very bad with exercising recently, however I plan to rejoin the gym and will try to go 3/4 times a week after work
