Noah Donohoe was found lifeless in a storm drain on June 27, 2020. A post-mortem report declared that he died as a result of drowning. Well, because the job of the police is to look at every possible and impossible, there has been a growing number of Belfast residents wanting to know if there was a racial motivation in the death of Noah Donohoe. People want to know the truth. The more the family of Noah and public are cautioned against making so-called unsubstantiated statements, the more they hunger for the truth.The PSNI is bungling this sad case

This 14 year old set off on his bike one Sunday, two years ago now, to meet a friend. They were working on a Duke of Edinburgh award.

Six days later, his naked body was found a kilometre inside an unlocked storm drain, in a part of Belfast he did not frequent.

Apparently, the police announced that there was no foul play involved, on the very day that his body was found. Even before an autopsy took place. There still has been no Inquest.

The police version of events is that: Noah fell from his bike, sustained a head injury, removed his clothes in confusion, ditched his bike, wandered off naked into a part of the city he would not usually go into, and somehow ended up drowned a kilometre inside an ( unusually) unlocked storm drain.

I understand that Noah was of African/Irish heritage. Police have never considered a racial element in his death and disappearance. Another schoolboy a fortnight earlier, had been attacked and chased by a group of youths whilst cycling. He escaped from them only after running three miles to safety. Police did not investigate any links between the incidents.

His mother's demand for answers from the Police Service Northern Ireland appears to have been blocked by them. There is a petition requesting the release of these files.

The next date for young Noah's inquest has been set for 1st July, 2022 at Langanside Courts, Belfast. The time is likely to be midday, but to be confirmed. If you are or can be in Belfast then, support is very much needed and very much welcomed outside court by Fiona and Niamh.

Please will you help to prevent files from the police investigation being kept secret and support Fiona by signing her petition? It's crucial that Brandon Lewis, Conservative MP for Great Yarmouth and Northern Ireland Secretary of State, does not sign off the application from the police (PSNI) and coroner for a Public Interest Immunity Certificate to keep 4 files of information secret relating to their investigation - if you can call it that - into Noah's death and disappearance.

It is now 105 weeks since beautiful Noah Donohoe disappeared.
All that 'justice' has achieved for Noah during this time is two theft and handling stolen goods prosecutions for his laptop. Not much that, is it, for an innocent and promising life lost?

Two years ago tomorrow, at 10.45am, 27th June, Noah's naked body was retrieved from a dark and dirty drain. Now, as then, the police say 'No Foul Play' and have applied for a Public Interest Immunity Certificate to keep files from their investigation secret.

This is beautiful Noah. May I please ask you to consider how would you feel and what would you do if you were his mother?

Please consider helping Fiona to get the truth about her son's death and justice for him.

This day 2 years ago, Fiona & I left Belfast at 7am to travel & meet a beautiful soul with a gift & ability to help families searching for loved ones.
When returning back to Belfast, I took a call from a senior member of the search to say it would be advisable to bring Fiona home.
My heart sank & in that moment I knew. The lady we had visited had agreed to return to Belfast with us to retrace Noah's steps, even though I knew they had potentially found Noah, I drove dreading the worst news ever, but still hoping I was wrong.
The police had also made their way to Cookstown to intercept us & prevent us from hearing anything via SM or third hand. They followed us back to Belfast & when we reached Fiona & Noah's home they arrived just ahead of us & were waiting. They gave us the heart-breaking news.
They had found Fiona's precious baby, our beautiful boy Noah💙.
That day this part of our nightmare began. No mother or family should have to bury a precious baby & then be subjected to such cruelty & abhorrent treatment because they want the truth.

I have to share some quite shocking news. The coroner, Joe McCrisken, has now decided to deny Noah's mummy Fiona the right to attend court in person on Friday for Noah's Inquest hearing. Instead he intends to livestream the hearing from Langanside Courts to Fiona's solicitors' office, KRW Law at 2pm. This shows such disrespect to Fiona, who had made it clear that she wished to be seated in court for her son's Inquest, and has been mentally preparing herself for this. For a case where 'no foul play' is being claimed, they seem to be putting an awful lot of effort into building every obstacle they can to prevent the truth being discussed in the open.

It seems more important than ever that there is still a show of support outside Langanside Courts on Friday at 2pm. If you were intending to go, please still do. Fiona and Niamh would welcome it. 💙

It seems likely that the coroner and police (PSNI) do not want to have to look Fiona in the eye when they give whatever update they intend to give on Friday. I think they are also concerned about the level of support Fiona has in terms of the petition now with 307,997 signatures against the Public Interest Immunity Certificate, on social media around the world, and in the local community who turn out to support her at vigils and at the coroners court. They should know this is not going away, whatever they do, until justice is done. 💙
