rots Kewl, I never knew that stuff... however it's immaterial to us as we live on a commune and live our lives as the nekkid do. Seriously, you sell toiletries? I did not see that on your page. Haz you condidered gaudy graphics and maybe tunez?

OP posts:
givecarrotsachance · 08/03/2010 12:59

ski how do you get on with the shared composting toilets in the commune?

limited range of toiletries

Gaudy graphix and tunez? Good idea ;-)

skihorse · 08/03/2010 13:08

I just throws the poo out the windows isn't it!

We were just talking this morning (not sure why ) about how big dog's favourite meal on God's green earth is in fact human poo found on a walk. Not steak, not sausage roll... but poo.

Speaking of dogs, jailbait has just played our scan DVD at home and apparently when the heartbeat came on little dog just about fell off her perch. I guess she knows the sound... but was just a little confused as to why I wasn't there!

cunty have some violence for today - plus also some affectionate squeezes

ski I can talk to you about Coprophagia in dogs if you like?

rots I meant to respond the other day re: dog's stomachs being delicate. My understanding is that they have a far greater volume of stomach acid compared with humans - making them able to tolerate/ kill germs better than we can. Hence eating vile stuff. I have some fab books on canine nutrition, if anyone wants to read more?

skihorse · 08/03/2010 13:25

iggy She isn't interested in dog poo, or cat poo or horse poo (unless hot & fresh ). Badger poo is strictly for rolling purposes. Human poo? It's like nectar from the gods.

You know we switched to raw food right? Well over the weekend the supermarket ran out of wings so we just picked up some drumsticks. Not a success. Big dog puked both mornings, on the carpet natch - of course not on the lino or the tiles.

OP posts:
Cosmosis · 08/03/2010 13:30

Is there that much human poo on the streets of NL for her to find???

iggypiggy · 08/03/2010 13:30

ski is all to do with the food value of the shit tho innit - so human poo must just have loads more nutrients left in it - she is obv. picky Horse poo meant to taste v. sweet cos of partially digested cellulose... nice...

Wierd for a dog fed on raw food to eat shit tho - mine doesn't do well on chick drumsticks either - think the bones are that tiny bit too big... He likes lamb ribs tho - can you get them cheap in supermarkets too? Cos we can?

skihorse · 08/03/2010 13:47

haha Cossie It's not changed that much since you were here. It's more when you get off the beaten path and... usually near rivers/lakes where men fish overnight. The minging bastards.

iggy When I first took Ginger home she gorged herself stupid for the first 3/4 days. When she'd come in, she'd smile at me with great greeny globs of poo between her teeth. She soon got bored of it and now will only go for it if it's really hot & fresh. Nom nom.

Lamb is hideously expensive here... our xmas joint was nearly 50 euros.

Chicken wings is what they'll get at Dutch meat prices!

cosmo ROFL

iggy I could of course be entirely wrong. My information comes from some time ago - new research may make me a liar

Our dogs have always liked horse and cow poo. I worry if they eat dog though - sounds like a vitamin deficiency. What do you think, iggs? Or just dogs with a gross palate.

'Course my dog eats only Salmon and Potato as he's allergic to everything else.

VoilaAnotherGimlet · 08/03/2010 14:06

I find your poo-chat repulsive.

Yay for sex all round! How exciting, you're having Actual Human Babies! And I can recommend the post-birth period of fatherly awe for getting your own way over the name - my sister has used this to admirable effect both times.

Cnut thinking of you matey.

Starting to tell people - it's all beginning to get too real for me

VoilaAnotherGimlet · 08/03/2010 14:06

how rude of me, welcome newbies!

skihorse · 08/03/2010 14:28

VAG Yay! I think you, pandora and skater are all about the same - 14 weeks?

Yes, we haz real baybees and people. rots and I haz 24/7 cock in us.

rots Try not to get upset about the fact it's not a girl this time - you're clearly very fertile and can get diffed at the drop of a hat so you just need to keep trying. Failing that, why not take a leaf out of the nutter who posted on AIBU about six month's back's book. i.e., AIBU to have ordered Clomid from interweb to give myself a multiple birth without telling my husband? Or... you could always give birth in a busy hospital and play "swapsies"? There are literally zillions of options and there's always weewee and her baybees for sale.

VoilaAnotherGimlet · 08/03/2010 14:33

I'm still one of the thread juniors - am a mere 12+1, that pesky skater skated past me in a most sneaky way.

igs am starting to think about signing up for some yoga. Trouble is, I really am very windy right now. I don't want the embarrassment of being expelled after I've...er...expelled. It's a cruel irony that a pregnant sense of smell is accompanied by the whiffiest, most bad-drainlike parps.

givecarrotsachance · 08/03/2010 14:45

Oh JEEEZ ski is that really true about the clomid? I mean, the thread, not the story. Thanks for the really useful advice though . I think it's just hormones. As I said I LOVE the idea of another boy. I just want a girl as well. Grumble. I am SOOO greedy.

I MUST have a word with the wee of long. Maybe that's an option . Or I could pinch a little Crimean baybee .

skihorse · 08/03/2010 15:01

Well I wanted twinz... when she said to me today "oh... there's a great big pouch of fluid" I thought she was going to tell me that there had indeed been a twin but it'd been re-absorbed (wishful thinking about twinz obv.), until she told me it was my bladder. I have no idea why I want/ed twins - two times as much to deal with and how the hell do you cradle two baybees, a gin and a fag?

Oooh I bet there are loads in Crimea... They were in Bangkok when they brought one home... - literally just bundled her on the plane home! She was living on the streets and the English docs back home estimated her age at anywhere between 8 and 13, but due to her size and "mental awareness" aged her at 5. There is more juice to this story but I dare not repeat it here...

OP posts:
skihorse · 08/03/2010 15:02

"loads in Crimea... I had an old friend who was in Bangkok..." (I had to quickly delete - doh)

iggy "Posh" person update: Ms Minogue is doing it in Oz, not London. You've still got Danielle Lloyd though. Phew!

OP posts:
givecarrotsachance · 08/03/2010 16:04

ski yeah right, like you can stop there.... Erm, immigration? Come on we want DETAILS!!

pandora69 · 08/03/2010 16:46

Yuk at the poo talk. My mother's dogs love to give you a kiss right after they have mucked out the stables for me. Of course I could be less lazy and muck the stables out myself, but hey - while the help's there I take it.

Ski, I thought it would be great to have twins till I had DD then I thought OMG who would want double of this in one go? I needed at least a couple of year's sit down after just one. My cousin has twins and she said they seem to develope a shift pattern for whose turn it is to wake her up.

VAG, yoga is overrated and it is much nicer just to slob on the sofa Also, about the baby name thing - it is absolutely crucial to not have a GA during the birth. Otherwise sneaky OH names the child for you. He picked one of the names right though.

pandora69 · 08/03/2010 16:46

PS Ski is right on the mark - I am exactly 14 weeks.

GrumpyGasper · 08/03/2010 17:15

Hello!

For the poo talk record, cats keep shitting very near our front door and our dog can't get near the stuff quickly enough each morning. Sick bitch. (and the neighbour who has done fuck all to stop the cats shitting there).

Congrats on the 24-hour cock ski! Two boys and a girl for the July-boom PESHes
I'm sorry you feel the way you do carrots. To be honest, after Friday and what we thought we saw, I was convinced a little boy would be easier/nicer/preferable. But i would have been over the moon either way.

Trying to work out how to put my scan DVD on FB. It's something that will hardly ever get watched after the birth (conned) so we might as well let anyone who gives a shit watch it!

Was away for the weekend and got bump felt twice and a few too many comments about how big I am so soon. Am now terrified about the size of monster chick that will emerge from my lady garden this summer

A combop platter of hugs and violence to cunty on this sad day. Sounds like you've got some wonderful, warm memories to share and Rastus will feel like he/she knew grandad well. I hope today hasn't been too tough.

If I've missed anything I'm sorry. It's been a long day and I still have a lot of work to do before I can go home

GrumpyGasper · 08/03/2010 17:16

Twat. compop combo

GrumpyGasper · 08/03/2010 17:17

can't even spell what I was deleting. eejit

iggypiggy · 08/03/2010 17:22

rots & ski the only prob with horse poo is if your dog is a collie (or has collie in it) and if the horse has been recently wormed with ivermectin - google ivermectin and collie for more info.

rots could be food deficiency, deffo - but the reason is quite often that they are hungry/ greedy and they see it still has food value (comercial dog food isn't totally digested by dogs, so when it comes out - there is still nutrient value) - trouble is it can then become a habit - v. tricky to stop! I walk with a dog that eats dog shit. It won't eat Loki's tho - cos the raw diet means he digests pretty much all of his food - so no food value to his shit.

Sorry for boring you all... I must get out more...

ski shame about minogue - she is more celeb than lloyd...

skihorse · 08/03/2010 17:29

Tonight iggy your specialist subject is dogs eating poo and your starter for 10...
