DUE SEPTEMBER 2010? Am I the first?

3 x BFP this morning!

Even bought an expensive clearblue digital test to be sure!

My DD will be 1st September 2010 and this will be my 2nd baby. My DS was 2 weeks late so will def be September not August!!!

Anyone else...?

Hi babyshoes, I'm feeling it too, absolutely knackered all the time, I have a DS that is 22 months and not a great sleeper which doesn't help matters!

No idea when I'm due as cannot remember the date of my LMP! I think it was the end of november, and I think I should be due on now, so I'm guessing it will be in Sept!
I've done 2 tests so far... both +ve .
Think I have spotting at the moment - bit worryinging as didn't have it with DS or DD. So fingers crossed it goes away soon!

Did a test last night(8pm ish) as was feeling a bit tired and it was positive. I'm in a bit of shock at the moment as I am 44 and have 3 other children and was planning on going back to work in February as my youngest started school in September. I gave all my baby things away a couple of years ago.

We hadn't been trying for a baby, but I have recently lost 8 stones so it seems to have kick started something!

I'm really pleased but am having to endure comments from my brothers along the lines of 'don't you lot have a telly or anything!!' and 'the things you'll do to avoid working!'

Hi Everyone,
Got a positive result today! According to website, i'll be due 1st Sept!
Am a bit worried due to m/c in Sept, swine flu, smear test being overdue & drinking a lot over Xmas!!!
Did a pg test before xmas, but it was negative, so thought it would be ok to have a drink!!
On the other hand, excited about giving my 2 girls a brother or sister!

I got my BFP on 27th!!! due 5th Sept DC2 my DD is 3.5 but was 4 weeks early so we'll see.

Also FYI I has a MC at 13.5 weeks in Sept so be gentle with me!! x

Was a bit of a shock when I found out but now i've got my head around the fact I will be a mum of 4 I'm getting quite excited (when I'm not feeling sick.......!!!)

OMG!!!! Not expecting, but wanted to say congrats to you all....it's a year to the day that I got my bfp....and am sat here feeding my 16 week old ds now and finding it incredible that it's been a year

Wow... things have got busy on here!

Symptom wise, my spotting has stopped as has the mild cramping... so I'm feeling much happier now although apparently all that is a perfectly normal sign of early pregnancy.
No sickness as yet... so fingers crossed... had severe sickness until 23 weeks with previous two pregnancys, so heres hoping every pregnancy is different! I'm trying a gluten free diet this time as that is meant to help. Along with avoiding acidic or spicey foods - anyone else have any tips?

Oh, and welcome everyone else! Its lovely being part of a group as not telling anyone in RL, although gave DH my positive test result in a christmas present!

I've been to the docs today & they've booked me in for a early scan due to m/c in Sept.
Also, booked in for swine flu vaccination.
No symptoms, as yet!

inzidoodle - I had my swine flu vaccine before I got pregnant as I'm a nurse so luckily I'm already covered!

stickhasgrownup - I was really sick with my dd (funny enough not sick at all with ds's)
I found the only thing that seemed to help the nausea was melon! No idea why!!
I'm feeling sick already this time but hoping it won't last long.......

popping in again, I too had swine flu jab between MC and BFP but nt sure whether I'd have it if pg tho?

Foxyjbro99 sorry about your mc, but quite nice to be in same boat as someone, I don't think I'm going to Dr til 6/8 weeks then going to ask for scan ASAP I think, I had 2 scans both OK before my MC.

I've booked to see my GP next week so I'm going to discuss the swine flu jab with her then, but I think I will probably have it otherwise I'll spend 9 months worried every time someone coughs near me

Foxyjbro99 - Sorry to hear about your MC, am crossing everything for you this time!

Re swine flu jab. As far as I can see at this stage we are not thought to be at any more risk than anyone else. Its more second tri onwards when our lungs etc get all squashed up! So I'm going to wait and see as by then, with any luck, spring will be on its way and the risk will have reduced ... also in a selfish part of my mind I assume some of those who have had the vaccine will have given birth by then and we'll know for sure about any side effects... please god forbid... very jelous of lilyfc as my ideal scenario would have been to have had the jab before conception! Oh well, only 9 months to go!

Will also talk to my dr about jab... will go for booking in app. week after next, when dc back at school/nursery.
