I have started a thread here about my DDs breathing today if anybody fancies helping? Just a bit concerned about some very heavy, fast breathing at 10 days old.

Bleuravin · 04/05/2009 20:10

So first day of no caffiene and breasts are still burning...not sure this is going to work
I'm in terrible pain again because the skin of the blister has pulled off and the nipple is as damaged as ever... pooh is all I have to say to that...
going to catch up now.

mathshoneybunny27 · 04/05/2009 20:23

((bleu))

PuzzleRocks · 04/05/2009 20:26

Springy - Are you about? Just want you to know i'm thinking of you. I hope you work things out.

Bleu - I take my hat off to you. You are one tough cookie.

PuzzleRocks · 04/05/2009 20:36

Soon2be - Only just saw your thread. Please let us know how you got on at the hospital lovely.

Bleuravin · 04/05/2009 20:52

Oh Springy ((hugs)) I further what many have said. It's a good thing to discuss things and get things as out in the open as one can. Hopefully you can get things so that it suits both of you. (hugs)

Bleuravin · 04/05/2009 20:55

Thanks again for the support ladies. I have managed with the help of the drugs to get through the day! And I even had a feeding out of the house (on the good breast)! So we had fair day, though Meg's been crying tons and tons...but there's been some positives.

Schulte · 04/05/2009 20:57

Soon2be just saw your thread - lots of hugs and hope everything is okay!

Bleu you are doing so well, persevering through all the pain.

Congratulations Conker!!! Yay!!

Nappy contents question - last couple of pooey nappies have has what looks like undigested milk in them. Kind of looks like stringy curds. Normal?

Juwesm · 04/05/2009 22:01

Also, for Springy, today I purchased............

A Doktor Power magic eraser!!!!

well done conker, welcome to the other side. Hope you're OK and that you're home soon xx

and me....still nothing!

I'm starting to feel a little bit like the little girl trapped in the television set in poltergeist... shalalala...

Juwesm, thanks for your post about not being emotionally blocked and all. It helped to read. I think in trying to be positive and think positively and believe it'll all be OK that I sometimes buy into too much mumbo jumbo. Gah. whatever happens happens. I have absolutely no power in all this.

och we're all having a ball are we not? this motherhood thing is seemingly mental . imagine what it must have been like for our grandmothers and great grandmothers who spend their whole lives pregnant and bringing up babies? poor souls! No wonder they weren't allowed the vote, they must have been completely mental to be continually feeling this shitty and hormonal and knackered and all this rubbish we're having to put up with! How strong were they to see their way out of it all? Bloody amazing. I'm suddenly really thankful for feminism.

I"M SO SICK OF BEING PREGNANT!

BabyBolat · 04/05/2009 23:09

Yay conker!!!

soon2be ((hugs)) - good luck - really hope everything is ok - sure all is fine but good that you are going to get checked out!!

Nutty - how did you get through that? If DH left now I just don't know how I would cope - if it was jut me I would be angry and know that I could get through it but with a LO now I just don;t know what I would do - god I know I have said it before but you lot are so brave and strong!

ooh Juw I like tiahna's birthday being BB's day - see nutty, now you will always have a part of me...

we are almost there with the babies girls xxx

nutty: my little one keeps having lots of green nappies! yuck! been trying to remind myself if that is normal - especially a quantity of them for several days in a row - rather watery at times too.

BabyBolat · 04/05/2009 23:12

Frekkles you know I HATED being pregnant more than anything - I had on positive feelings for it but - there is a SMALL (very small) part of me now that actually misses it a little bit! - if anyone ever repeats that I will deny all knowledge of ever saying it!!

that is not to say these last few days are not horrible and I really feel for you but we are obviously saving the best babies for last!!!

Keep smiling!
