Glad you had a good time LBOT, not much news from me. Just a week though until baby is due.

Sorry you aren't well this morning Tink. Everyone seems to be getting sore throats, coughs and colds.

Still feeling a bit dizzy so we're trying to get a GP out to see me. I don't feel stable enough to walk there with all the ice. All the snow has melted but then frozen overnight.

So now I have to sit and wait for them to ring back and hope they will send someone.

Hope everyone is ok.

LB- glad MW went ok, and fingers crossed that the chicken pox wont hurt. I had a feeling it was much worse if exposed in 1sst trimester than later on but thinking of you anyway.

Hellish day yesterday, less said the better i think.

Parents coming for the weekend and dh best friend who has just broken up with his GF. Bless him. I always get nervous when his friends come and stay, i think they must look at me and think "what on Earth" is he doing with her. DH is 4 years younger than me and hot. He looks like a young Pierce Brosnan > and he took me and 5 children on... He must be mad.

Kay i am SO excited about the HB honestly it will be brilliant. It is so nice to wander round your own house and eat what you like, shower\bath when you feel like it and get in to your own bed. A MUST is a bottle of Champagne in the fridge. Lots of tea for the midwives and some yummy cakes.

Nat rest please! That boy needs to stay put for a few more weeks yet. Are you sure about the Caulophyllum? I took 2 tabs 3 times a day for 2 days, then had a break for 2 days and did it again. It builds up and as soon as you are ready to labour it all kicks in [nervous emoticon]

I am not even sure i am going to take Rasberry leaf this time, i didnt with B as i was so worried he would be super quick.

LB one of the twins had shingles when i was 24 weeks pregnant and i worried. I saw the doctor after googling it. How many weeks are you?

Already feeling quite festive in the GYo house... tree and lights are up..Quite embarrased by how early but still This is first year DH and I have been able to really "do christmas" for various reasons we've had other stuff on... Discovered that DH clearly loves it!

morning all... I spoke to my mum and although she seemed a bit annoyed at me she agreed to take it back and just spend the money of bits and bobs, however i also said i didn't need any clothing in newborn or 0-3 exept sleepsuits!!

So DH is going to buy me one out of his game money next pay!!

My sister is coming round today, she'll be collecting DS from nursery for me, save my back!! and pretty good as today is a poor day on sickness... on one of my slightly sicker days... been sick 3x this morning and feel like i'm gonna be sick again before lunch. Though i'm still feeling 'normal' or as normal as i can right now!!

Got over my tears after speaking to my mum... DH came home and was just lovely!! I didn't expect him to offer his game money!!.... and i think he's letting me get one of the OiOi bags i like too!!

right i'm off, only came on to check my ebay... my last bundle is ending today.

Diege It's completely normal for you to feel apprehensive. You might want to pop onto the knicker checkers thread on pregnancy - everyone on there has been through what you're going through at the moment. I'm also trying to just ignore the fact that I'm pregnant at the moment - and I can tell you this past week away from the internet really made the time go so much faster for me. Have you had any reassurance scans in the interim? I know it's easier said than done, but try to relax and take care!

I CAN WALK PEOPLE!!!!

I saw the Chiropractor he gave me an examination, pummelled my right hip and sacrum with a vibratey thingummy (very nice and relaxing btw).
Then he used something metal to 'flick' my vertebrae back into position.
Finally he put foam wedges under my hips and left me to relax for 15 minutes.

I got one stretching exercise to do, advised to try ice packs on my back and go back in one week to check how I'm doing and for another round of similar treatment.

I got down from the couch and walked out of the room without any waddling, oofing or pain.

I'm still aware of the area, but there was no pain.

I'm not counting my chicks yet though. I'm still taking it easy.

Now for the catch up....

No doctor here. They think it is the way the baby is lying when I am asleep combined with being anemic. I am a bit annoyed as if it is an ear infection then it won't get sorted. But if I still feel bad over the weekend I will call out the GP.

MIL has been round this morning. She has taken DS and he is going to stay there tonight. I'll probably be bored once DH goes to work but I really could do with the rest.

My Osteo was good- was all strange (didnt really know what osteos did before) but definately feels bit better but might take couple of days to feel diff but Im moving more easily now... going back next week.
