yep migraines are pretty pants - luckily my work are very laid back and I went in an hour later and DH came and helped me for the last hour of the day (when Im rushing getting child to ballet etc and everyhting suddenly goes manic!)

Im going to go shopping any minute so will wish you well for your scan tomorrow while your here!Hope all goes great and cant wait to hear about it and see the pic of baby Gyo of course!

GYo, thanks for asking, things are quite crap at the moment - the consecutive disasters I've had throughout the year have really taken its toll...this last week with the redundancy at work has hit me quite hard too. I've not posted as feel like I've been quite a drain on the board, and a bit high maintenance, I don't like that much, would rather be happy bubbly LaTour again.

NJ is in hospital (duh ) and her DH has taken the boys home to bed, she's texting in between people coming in to talk to her etc. She's got monitors strapped on as the baby's HB is very erratic - says she's not sure what's happening next....

Sorry to hear things are getting you down LaTour.

You've certainly had a run of it- please dont worry about being a drain on the board. You are one of the original wagon wheels so please post here if you'd like to- but also understand if you'd prefer to be quiet too.

Glask - re: sickness, does sound like we are quite similar. I know you are right and the baby will be so worth it, but I think because it is my first DC it is sometimes hard to visualise the 'end product' so to speak! God, I'm rambling now too......Dr Pepper Zero.....

Gruff - glad you enjoyed your weekend and yay for feeling movements. It is very cool isn't it? Also helps take my mind away from feeling nauseous, which is a bonus I am 20 weeks tomo and bump really seems to have popped last couple of days.

GYo - good luck tomoro and please pop in to tell us all how it went. I need a blow by blow account of the 20 week scan so I am prepared for mine!

La Tour - hello - hope you are ok. I worked out who you are a couple of weeks ago. Bit slow on the uptake here!

NJ is OK, she's just being monitored for now. Poor love hasn't had any dinner, hasn't got an overnight bag with her and DH has taken the kids home. I assume she's hoping to go home tonight but at this time of night, I'd be a bit surprised!

I can't believe you remembered Kay , NJ has asked too (and she's strapped to a mc!). The appt is on Weds morning.

I'm worried they're going to tell me there's a 6 month waiting list.
