Hi, I'm also on the June thread but officially my due date would be 4th July 2009 so thought I'd better set up a thread for all these summer babies.

Got 3 BFP's yesterday although technically I am only 3+2 weeks. Would love to symptom spot with fellow early testers. Surely there must be more of us out there !! I can't be the first

Hi All, can I join please? Just found out that I'm around 7-8 weeks and due 11th July with our first (so am v. nervous!).

Feeling really well ATM, apart from having the flu which has wiped me out. No MS though which is great though all I want to eat is cake and toast!

Looking forward to sharing it with you all

JetLi · 29/11/2008 00:55

Hello All - I'd like to join too. First baby, due 8th July 2009. Had a dating scan as I wasn't 100% sure of my dates.
Not sure how something only 15mm long can be making me feel this rough
Feeling sick and had a couple of those lovely pregnancy headaches.

Fingers crossed for everybody

This board is moving really quickly, so sorry if not caught up properly. Haven't been able to post for a while DS had croup last week and was awake hourly at night. Really made me question my ability to handle sleep deprivation in 7 months...

nervousmumtobe really sorry for you loss. Take care xx

Loving all the food stories. I have gone off sandwiches. I am having thai curry every day for lunch, though I have managed to cut back on my green and blacks addiction and am just eating wispas instead. I will be 1 ton instead of 2! Had booking appointment yesterday, found out I am 9 weeks not 8 as I thought... also that nuchal scan is offered here. Feeling very anxious about it as am a bit of an oldie..., had awful dreams last night.

lydiathetattooedlady my bloating now looks like a bump. I am struggling with my work trousers and do look pregnant as it is all 'front loaded' and I am having problems hiding it. Nobody has said anything at work but wouldn't be suprised if they are a bit suspicious, especially as I have suddenly become a reformed coffee addict!

Misspaella · 29/11/2008 12:56

Hi all and new BFP's!
Just catching up on all your posts.

Sorry nervousmum2be and wish you the best.

My food diary is not nearly as exciting as everyone's. I just seem to eat toast, toast and more toast. Pringles and popcorn are my fav snacks at the moment too. This bubba has put me off chocololate, chocolate of all things!

I was ready to have a good rant about DH as I have not gotten any extra help w/anything and he even said some of my ms was in my head. The cheek! But he has redeemed himself big time. I had an unfortunate incident this morning which involved me projectile vomiting in the bathroom not quite getting the toilet lid up on time (from the ms that is in my head of course) and he made me sit down while he cleaned it up. I didn't even ask for help. I am liking him again.

NattyTirednessAndExhaustion · 29/11/2008 13:14

lol MP, my DH is usually as bad.. but third time round he is actually helpin more.
last night when we got in collapsed on the sofa, and he went off and cleaned the kitchen AND cooked dinner

they can be trained girls

binkerbeany · 29/11/2008 14:55

Hi all.

nervousmum2be, so so sorry.

I am feeling quite icky today, might have to go and find something to eat, but really don't fancy anything.
Misspaella, I am also off chocolate, never thought that would happen! Savoury, savoury, savoury please, only exception haribo fizzy sweets, mmmmm.

LargeGlassofMilkshake · 29/11/2008 16:57

hi all, had a dreadful 24hrs of V and D
manange to keep the odd very small sip of water down but thats it.

Really hope this doesn't effect little bean

lydiathetattooedlady · 29/11/2008 17:14

sorry! have just wolfed down a bbq chicken pizza, now feeling rather ill!

Phoenix · 29/11/2008 17:47

No going out here either. Dh is cooking tea once ds is in bed and we'll be watching x factor

If i had the money i'd have more tattoos. I've got a crappy dolphin on my arm from when i was 17 and in the summer i had a lower back one done (i think that one is on my profile ) I was planning another but didn't get round to it and am now pg so that's been put on hold for now. Dh didn't have any up to the summer and now has one on each arm and def wants more. They are soooooo addictive

Phoenix · 29/11/2008 17:49

Ooops tattoo isn't on profile. I'll find one and put it on.

ready2pop · 29/11/2008 17:55

I'm afraid I'm leaving you ladies. I started bleeding last night and had a scan at the EPU that shows a sac but no foetus and I am pretty sure I should be further on than that. I'm bleeding quite heavily now so am sure I've miscarried although they won't confirm it for another couple of weeks.

I've had sucha busy week and let myself get wuite stressed out and I can't help but think if I'd taken it a bit easier we'd be okay.

Anyway, good luck to everyone and I'll pop back once the babies start arriving.

Phoenix · 29/11/2008 17:57

Oh no, so sorry ready2pop Take care xx

lydiathetattooedlady · 29/11/2008 17:58

im so sorry readytopop dont be so hard on yourself it isnt your fault, its that nasty witch mother nature. take care x

Gillyan · 29/11/2008 18:21

readytopop so so sorry to hear that, sending you lots of love, hope you'll be okay xxx

Gillyan · 29/11/2008 18:26

chsristiana are you okay, all those faces don't suggest you are xx

lydia I've got a panteher ( yes I know) down my spine, that was years ago but it's quite cool as it's black but with a electric pink mouth and bright yellow eyes and claws.

The rest I had designed for me, have a thing down the top half of my back, it's purple and black and I just can't explain. Then i had a big one of old style starts and shaped with my first daughters name. on back of shoulder - quite big

The biggest piece is all over back of other shoulder and half way down my arm ( nearly half a sleeve) and that stars and flowers and leaves and it's all really bold bright colors and shades stars.

Your fingers, my god that's ace - what you got on them? My best friend is a tattoist and he had his own shop for a bit. Did you have a piercing stage also??

mavornia · 29/11/2008 18:29

i'm so sorry nervousmum2be and ready2pop - wishing you all the very best for the future, take good care of yourselves

i think the sickness bug has reached egypt - i'm gutted, had to postpone my flight home to Belfast until next Sunday. I woke up yesterday and couldn't even lift my head off the pillow, sore throat, aching muscles and throwing up. There was no way i could have driven to Cairo then got on a plane on my own with ds - good news is that dh will now fly with me next sunday so it should be much less stressful. cost us over £300 to change all the tickets though which we could have done without

couldn't help giggling at your daughter, christiana. ds has been a little rascal too, think his teeth are sore. it's so hard trying to cope with them when you're not feeling well yourself

off to unpack my suitcase

on the plus side, i haven't eaten in 2 days and i think i may have just a hint of cheekbone

Phoenix · 29/11/2008 18:55

I've finished playing with my profile now if anyone wants a nosey

Gillyan - Your tatts sound cool

Just taking ds up to bed now. He's had no sleep all day so has been a little sh*t all afternoon.

Misspaella · 29/11/2008 18:58

Sorry ready2pop.

Gillyan · 29/11/2008 18:59

Hi phoenix ooh i know what u mean my DD has not had a nap all day and she's getting ratty and I wanna watch x factor and celebrity in peace!

mavornia poor u hope u feel better soon - wish I couldn't eat - I lost loads of weight with last PG and this time no way, I'm whopping!
