morning, everyone. i think i finally fell asleep around 4am. ds was awake and ready for the day at 7. it's just murphy's/sod's law...get a whole day off to rest, nap, do whatever...and i start the next normal day with 3 hours sleep behind me.

no worries. i'm sending good "juju" to ds in hopes he has a good day as well.

lolliP Happy Due Date To You! sorry to hear about the discomfort.

happy birthday lollyhear!!!

mustsleep · 04/09/2008 09:39

morning everyone

how exciting becarro!!!

well i officially like ds's new teachger much more than last years already as she has come straight out and asked about whatthey can do to help his speech whereas last year i had to ask half way through the year and was told that she did not feel there was a prob!! so at least that's something off my mind!! - now just need to find the speech therapist's number to get her to send stuff into school

right had bh'sall last night and was trying to make them form some pattern but they didn't

just waiting now and i am sooo bad at waiting as you may have noticed

becaroo & biglips sending lots of positive labour thoughts!! you never know what today may bring
Any movements lolli sorry to ask that as it really annoys me when people say "you still here/no baby yet" UURRGGHHH

eandz goodluck with your telphone call today...give them hell!!

Right regardless of my thrush problem (TMI i know) i think i'm gonna have to speak to dh about a session to get this baby moving.

Is anyone else experiencing painful pubic bone, the skin on my tummy is soooo sore, surely it cannot get any bigger!!

Morning guys, sent Dd off for her first day at school today' she was so happy and looked very cute in her uniform

I need some advice from you ladies, all day yesterday, I had very little movement from Bob, he had hiccups at one point and did shift a couple of times, but usually he is like an acrobat!
Felt nothing in the night and only a couple of shifts this morning. I'm wondering if he's resting as something may start soon?

But I just don't feel happy with it, iykwim?
Do I phone labour ward and go for a trace? Even just to put my mind at ease?

TIA.xx

eandz · 04/09/2008 09:58

izzybiz

peace of mind is definitely worth a visit. i know it might be a hassle, but worrying never solves anything.

lollipopmother · 04/09/2008 10:00

I'm going on to the new thread now guys, anyone else with me?

eandz · 04/09/2008 10:00

sunflower78 · 04/09/2008 10:04

Hi all, getting into this thread late (40+1 today), Starlight suggested it from another thread...

Feeling rubbish too - woke up yesterday and had regular contractions for 2 hours, so I got all excited, but nothing, it al stopped, and occasional contractions throughout the day plus horrible show still coming out since Monday (sorry, TMI, just wasn't expecting it to be like this, never had one with first DS..) Anyway, had horrendous night, constant contractions-like pains, kept on getting paranoid that baby was moving (she was though) so had no sleep at all... all these painful contractions, and still no baby, and they're getting stronger, but no regular and no labour yet... sorry, haven't read the whole thread, but anyone else had looong period of contractions before actually being in labour?

anyway, wingeing finished...

Good luck to all of you about to pop!

eandz · 04/09/2008 10:08

welcome sunflower78

afraid i can't offer you any advice...glad you've joined us though.

Debs75 · 04/09/2008 10:14

eandz give them hell girl. You are entitled to change your mind if you want they shouldn't be barging you into anything, if you have pnd like they think then surely this will make you feel worse. I would tell them thanks for the concern, even tho it sounds a bit belated, and if you need them you will get back in touch DH sounds like he will look after you.

eandz · 04/09/2008 10:17

thanks debs75

i'll probably get it sorted today at around 3ish. i've calmed down a bit. (thank goodness!)

now i'm just worried about looking like a mom when i become a mom.

foxytocin · 04/09/2008 10:18

is it 1000 yet?
