I was with physio today and she place a hand on my tummy and said Cough, so I coughed, and she said AGAIN so I coughed again and she said COUGH AGAIN there's nothing happening so I coughed again and she said ... wait for it...

"It's quite extraordinary how weak your stomach muscles are, was your first baby quite recent?"

Me: "Erm ten years ago."

Dizzy {{{hugs}}} my baby's been transverse and every other position for weeks now (and STILL flipping). No worries, dear. I do however wish I could construct things like VG. Very good, VG. As for not having a decision, SO WHAT! It's not like you're in labor at this very moment and NEED to make a decision. Time can be a wonderful friend. When you meet with your yoga teacher ask him/her for some patience mediations...the MW may have some to offer as well.

Now looks like tomorrow will be a BEAR. I've got to take me truck in for a throttle body cleaning...because I'm too plump in the middle to do it myself. dizzy sorry to hear you are having such a dilemma - agree with VG though don't be so hard on yourself.
As for knackered stomach muscles vg I still had a separation (diastasis or whatever it is called) when dd was 18 months old. When I laid down my stomach seemed to lay down next to me ........ so not much hope this time is there. I've got a book about sorting it out at home now which says pilates can make it worse (as if I am realistically going to do any exercise anyway )
Ho hum better go and do some ironing I suppose. Or maybe I should store it up for mil who is coming at the weekend ......

Seen my lovely gp who signed me off work until 3rd July - which coincidentally is my last day!!! ergo I am now on mat leave!. I did cry as soon as she sat me down, apologised for crying as I had no idea why I had suddenly burst into tears, then explained all about the bleed etc. She's such a star, she just said "well there's no point in going back is there, just take it easy and don't be hard on yourself". Am so happy!! Still knackered, but happy!!!!!

TS re cough test, I assume that in weirdos normal people cough starts some sort of rippling of muscle detectable by the naked hand . Was too humiliated to really put physio over her technique I must admit.

I have followed physio advice, hot water bockle in small of back and one clenched between thighs. God tonight, am about to kerlapse in sweaty, fainty heap. DP also delivered Galaxy bar and cup of tea right to the laptop! So now heating up on the inside too. Wonder am I losing weight as if in sauna
