I am 9dpo and just found out I am pregnant - very early but also very excited! Anyone else due in July?

Congrats @gg9320 !

i was dated at 12w4d today which is 3 days ahead of what I thought when I found out I was pregnant. My due date is the 1st July so could also be a June baby potentially!

Lizmw · 21/12/2022 19:28

I'm still having mild cramps at 11 weeks is this normal?

gg9320 · 22/12/2022 09:09

Thanks @bubble55 you too :) It will be nice to avoid being heavily pregnant in the mid-summer heat like we had this year!

I don’t want to wish away time being pregnant but I can’t wait for the first trimester to be over cause I hope it means the end of nausea etc, I know that isn’t always the case though 😅

gg9320 · 22/12/2022 09:10

@Lizmw I’m 11 weeks and still regularly get mild cramps, think it’s all the stretching/growing

rach971 · 22/12/2022 12:20

So nervous. Just about to go for a private scan. Not feeling as bloated today though and my lower tummy doesn't feel as 'pregnant' 😫

Scotti84 · 22/12/2022 12:23

@rach971 good luck with the scan, let us know how it goes

I read that the uterus is now as big as a grapefruit so im putting aches and pains down to that. Will be a relief to know if everything is ok tomorrow. Hate the prescan worry

rach971 · 22/12/2022 13:03

All is well. Measured 6+6 two weeks ago at EPU and measured 8+6 today, so growing bang on. Was moving around and sucking its thumb and everything 🥹

Congrats @rach971 - that's great!

Same as you, I also went for an early scan today and I'm so happy we did. It was my first one and it was just so reassuring to see the baby and hear the heartbeat ❤️

The sonographer dated me as 9 weeks so a bit further on than I thought- that has moved up my due date to 27 July 😊

rach971 · 22/12/2022 18:04

@rosyday Ahhh that's lovely ☺️ Didn't get to hear the heartbeat at mine, just saw it

bubble55 · 22/12/2022 20:46

I know its early to buy but I won’t lie, I’ve been thinking about prams since we started trying 😂 has anybody got experience of mamas and papas ocarro? My dream would be an egg but they’re so expensive. We had an iCandy last time and wasn’t that great for the price we paid.

Nicole92x · 23/12/2022 07:19

I’ve only ever had Silver Cross prams with my other 2 kids. I had the Silver Cross Pioneer with my youngest and I loved it. I got it second hand for £200, practically brand new then sold it for £200 once I was done with it so definitely going for another Silver Cross this time round.

Scotti84 · 23/12/2022 09:05

Just had my scan, measuring at around 11 weeks, due date around 14th July. Baby was jumping around and wiggling its bum. Booked in for a harmony test on 3rd Jan where we will also test to find the gender cos we're impatient and also have absolutely no idea of a name of its a girl.

We have the occaro for my 2 year old and still use it now! Really good and recommend! The wheels are great as we go on a lot of walks and although don’t use it as much now as she prefers to walk definitely got our moneys worth! Would use it for baby but it’s a bit battered after using everyday for nearly 3 years!

thelma57 · 24/12/2022 11:36

Wanted to pop on to say Merry Christmas to those who celebrate and I hope everyone has a lovely day tomorrow, and wishing up all happy and healthy pregnancies and babies in the new year 💕

rosyday · 24/12/2022 11:56

Thanks @thelma57 😊

Merry Christmas to you and everyone too ⭐️🎄❤️

Butterfliesandroses · 24/12/2022 15:24

Merry Christmas guys. I can't quite believe we've made it to Christmas! I'll be 12 weeks tomorrow and Christmas felt like an age away when we found out we were expecting! Xx

bubble55 · 24/12/2022 18:06

Merry christmas everyone!

i booked my gender scan today! Can’t believe we will know if we are having a boy or girl soon. We are planning on telling people tomorrow too. So excited x

BabyGray · 24/12/2022 18:32

Merry Christmas Ladies,

Hope you all have a magical day tomorrow x

dunkedbiscuit · 24/12/2022 19:41

Merry Christmas everyone 🥰

Ballygowenwater · 26/12/2022 20:14

How did everyone’s Christmas go? I was so exhausted I spent most of the last two days sleeping!

rosyday · 26/12/2022 20:31

Same here @Ballygowenwater!

Also, the morning sickness seems to be particularly bad this week for me- it's been a bit of a challenge navigating festive meals because I want to be present and chat with people but the smell/sight of quite a lot of foods makes me feel so so queasy 😕

MendaciousMabel · 26/12/2022 20:47

Despite having a very chilled Christmas I am so exhausted! Can’t remember the last time I felt this tired and still got a few more days to go with family. Feel so guilty for just wanting to be back in my own bed!

thelma57 · 27/12/2022 15:14

I had a couple of days not feeling too bad over Christmas and then it hit me again yesterday, so so tired and sick, slightly better today again though!

My anxiety is also through the roof, keep having intrusive thoughts which is getting me down, I’m just so worried all the time 😭
