Well afternoon ladies, just had lunch hmmmm and put DS to bed - 2 hours of quiet coming up, shame I have a pile of ironing to do B4 back to work tom.
Gave DS his first hair cut this am, not the most accurate as he kept trying to turn round to see the scissors but at hes looking less like tintin now.
Gem - hope Evie better soon
Peachy - you could do without that, try and take it a bit easy and see if you can get someone else to take the forms in 4 you.
Scamp - SPD can come in many forms, classically pain mid pubs, however the nature of the disorder is instability of the pelvis (hormone related generally in pregnancy) unfortunately in a no of ladies the muscles do not switch on properly during this time to help stabilise and the pubic bones can separate and shear. If the muscles are not functioning properly at the front of the pelvis they are likely to be poor further back as well, would def be doing some pelvic floor lift and hold exs, also baby centre.co.uk have postnatal exs for transversus addominus that you can do through pregnancy as well. Despite saying all that I would still let your MW know symptoms on next visit she may want to do a quick check for you.
May have to go and eat some more biscuits now
